The present invention relates to an eco-friendly plastic composition with excellent mechanical properties, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly plastic composition having plasticized cellulose diacetate and a thermoplastic resin as base materials, and polyvinylacetal compatibilizers, inorganic fillers which a silane coupling agent is combined, and elastomers which anhydride maleic acid is drafted are comprised herein in a certain content ratio, thereby having excellent mechanical properties and being replaceable for synthetic resins such as polypropylene used in existing materials for embedded parts in vehicles.

The present invention relates to a non-painted and highly glossy polycarbonate resin composition, more specifically to a polycarbonate resin composition: which contains a polycarbonate resin, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), an acryl based impact absorber, and a UV absorber; and has excellent impact strength, thermal resistance, electrical properties, weathering resistance, and light resistance.

The present invention relates to a composite material composition capable of reducing the weight part through the reduction of a glass fiber by improving the mechanical properties such as flexural modulus, tensile strength, impact strength, and the likes by improving impregnation and compatibility between a polyolefin resin composition and glass fiber when improving the physical properties of the material through the increase of glass fiber lengthwise using an extrusion-ejection process. PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a CNT/PP composite material is provided to improve mechanical properties of the composite material, and to obtain the excellent CNT/PP composite material with excellent dispersity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a CNT/PP composite material comprises a step of manufacturing a PP powder/xylene mixture; a step of stirring the mixture at 100-150 deg. C for 1-3 hours; a step of manufacturing a CNT/xylene dispersion solution by mixing a carbon nanotubes(CNT) and xylene; a step of injecting swollen the CNT/xylene dispersed solution into the swollen PP powder/xylene mixture; a step of ultra-wave dispersing the result; and a step of removing solvent, deaerating the solvent, and manufacturing final CNT/PP powder.

A method for searching routes by learning driver's propensity is provided to enhance driver convenience by searching intelligently the routes based on specified driver's propensity and traffic conditions. Road information data is received and then a route cost calculation is executed based on the received result(203). Dynamic information, search options, and route change information are received and the received information is converted into a rule set. Then the rule set is stored in a rule data base(206). A learned factor is produced using information stored in the rule data base(209). A dynamic cost is specified according to a static cost based on a cost extracted from the route cost calculation and the produced factor and then a learning style cost are calculated(212).

PURPOSE: A deciding and guiding method for a curve road is provided to enable a driver to pass through a curve road safely by informing the entry/escape points and radius of a curve road. CONSTITUTION: A deciding and guiding method for a curve road comprises the steps of: comparing the relative angle and the length difference between line segments with the preset angle range and the set length to judge the entry and escape points of a curve road; selecting the radius of an circumscribed circle having the minimum radius as the representative radius of the curve road; correcting the entry and escape points of the curve road by using the designing speed of the curve road and the minimum time required for passing through the curve road; and information the length, radius and entry/escape points of the curve road to a driver.

PURPOSE: A pallet feeding device is provided to automatically load unit component panels, which is completed in a vehicle panel assembly process, or assembled panels using a robot. CONSTITUTION: A pallet feeding device comprises a base frame(10), an ejecting unit(100), a conveying unit(200), and a sensing unit(300). The base frame is installed on both sides of a workshop bottom so that robot can be placed at the center thereof. The ejecting unit elevates a pallet with the link operation of a cam link by the driving of a motor. The conveying units are installed on both sides of each frame, respectively. The conveying unit transfers the pallet elevated through each ejecting unit along the width direction of each base frame.
