Abstract: PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a chassis frame combined with a loading compartment is provided to improve performance, to reduce the weight and to cut down expenses by eliminating a heavy cross bar with modifying the assembling structure. CONSTITUTION: An assembling system of a chassis frame(1) is composed of a bending preventive pillar(6) inserted to the chassis frame, a clip plate(8) vertically placed in the bottom of the chassis frame, a clip angle(7) placed on a sub frame(2), an eyebolt(4), a bush(5), and a washer(3). The bush is inserted to the eyebolt, and the lower part of the eyebolt is assembled by the washer by passing through the clip plate and a bolt hole of the clip angle. The eyebolt is fixed in both sides of the chassis frame, and the pillar is mounted in the open part of the chassis frame. The rectangular section of the chassis frame and the pillar is formed, and load on the chassis frame and the pillar is supported. Performance is improved, and the weight is reduced with eliminating the cross bar by modifying the assembling structure.
