    Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for reinforcing a hinge mounting part of a front door of a vehicle is provided to prevent partial strain in a collision and accordingly repress the droop of the door by improving the strength of the hinge mounting part. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of a hinge mounting part for a front door(D) of a vehicle side structure, the hinge mounting part is composed of a side outer panel(10), a side outer reinforcement panel(20), a panel hinge reinforcement part(30), and a hinge extension part. The side outer panel comprises a central part extended in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle and an extended part bent to the inside of the vehicle at both ends of the central part and extended toward the front and rear sides of the vehicle. The side outer reinforcement panel is positioned in the vehicle from the side outer panel with including a central part separated from the central part and longitudinally extended. The panel hinge reinforcement part includes at least two flat parts(32) having planes and at least one housing part(34) bent at each flat part toward the inside of the vehicle to form the plane, and the two flat parts are combined to the inside of the side outer panel and the plane of the housing part is connected to the outside of the side outer reinforcement panel. The hinge extension part is extended from a hinge tool(H) of the front door positioned at the outside of the side outer panel and is connected to the central part of the side outer panel. The hinge extension part, the central part of the side outer panel and the housing part of the panel hinge reinforcement part are combined by bolts(B) and nuts(N) in order from the outside of the vehicle.

Both sides of the U-shaped forming portion of the quadrant reinforce is formed by being folded to contact the front door frame.
