    Abstract: PURPOSE: A damping system for a sheet washer is provided to form the sheet regardless of insertion of the washer by improving freedom of design, and to reduce vibration and noise by inserting the vibrating washer unit to the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A damping system of a sheet washer is composed of inner and outer sheets(10a,10b) finishing edges, and plural washers(12) inserted to a gap(11) between inner and outer sheets for vibrating. Inner and outer sheets are arranged with keeping the gap, and the gap is closed with bonding edges of sheets. Plural washers are inserted to the gap between sheets, and vibrated in the gap without additional fixing units. Vibration and noise are reduced with inserting plural washers to the gap between sheets without fixing.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A contact type heating device for local reinforcement and a heating method thereof are provided to reinforce locally a plate material by forming a metal pattern on a heating source contacted with a local region of the plate material. CONSTITUTION: A local heating operation is performed by contacting directly a heating source(10) with a plate material(300). A metal pattern(12) is formed on a predetermined portion of the plate material(300) contacted with the heating source(10). The heating source(10) has a basic material(11) which is formed by using a raw material having an excellent adiabatic characteristic.
