본 발명은 스피드 센서용 톤휠에 관한 것으로서, 비자성체인 몸체(220)와; 상기 몸체(220)의 둘레에 일정간격으로 도포된 자성체도료부(210);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피드 센서용 톤휠에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같이 본 발명인 톤휠(200)은 플라스틱 몸체에 자성체 도료를 도색하는 형태로서 중량절감과 원가절감의 효과가 있고, 금형비 절감 및 생산성이 향상되며, 톤휠 둘레에 이물질이 유입되지 않아 센싱 불량이 발생되지 않는 효과가 있다. 스피드, 센서, 톤휠, 자성체, 이물질

PURPOSE: A tone wheel for speed sensor and manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce weight and cost by coating magnetic material paint on the tone wheel. CONSTITUTION: The body(220) is formed by the non-magnetic material. The magnetic material paint unit(210) is coated in the circumference of the body with the constant interval. The body is made of the plastic. The cylinder tone wheel(240) is formed by coating magnetic material in the constant interval. The cylinder tone wheel is cut into the tone wheels(200). The cylinder is formed by the injection process.

PURPOSE: A structure for combining a dash outer cross member and a front side inner member to reduce deformation of a passenger' room of a vehicle is provided to secure a shock-absorbing space at the depth of a section of the dash outer cross member by the front side inner member covering the dash outer cross member. CONSTITUTION: A structure for combining a dash outer cross member(10) and a front side inner member(20) to reduce deformation of a passenger room and a dash panel(1) of a vehicle is composed of the dash outer cross member having a bottom flange(11) welded on a front side member outer panel(4) of the dash panel forming a vehicle engine room by left and right flange units(12); and the front side inner member bent to cover the outer surface of the dash outer cross member and welded on the front side member outer panel by a bent flange unit(22). The bent flange unit of the front side inner member covers and welds the outer surface of the dash outer cross member. A side flange unit(21) is welded on the front side member outer panel to prevent the dash outer cross member from rolling back in a collision.

PURPOSE: Impact-absorbing structure of a front side member for a vehicle is provided to absorb impact energy caused by a vehicle collision without transmission to a pedestrian or a passenger by installing an impact-absorbing member between a bumper and a front side member. CONSTITUTION: In impact-absorbing structure of a front side member(20) for a vehicle, an impact-absorbing member(30), absorbing the external force given to the longitudinal direction of the front side member, is situated between a bumper stay(11), formed to the rear of a bumper, and the front side member. The front part of the impact-absorbing member(10) is combined to the rear end of the bumper stay and the rear part is combined to the front end of the front side member by a mounting bracket(32).

PURPOSE: A structure for combining a front side member and a dash cross member is provided to improve the combination strength of vehicle body members and the strength of frame members by covering the dash cross member with the front side member and to reduce the inclination of an inner room of a vehicle in a head-on or offset collision. CONSTITUTION: A structure for combining a front side member and a dash cross member(20) mounted in the lateral direction of a vehicle at a separated space between the front side member and a front lower part of a dash panel(10) to reduce the inclination of the dash panel in the head-on or offset collision of the vehicle body welds and joints a flange unit(22) of the dash cross member extended in the lateral direction of the vehicle to an outer member(32) of the front side member, and then, joints an assembly body(40) formed by combining inner and rear members(34,36) to the outer surface of the dash cross member, accordingly, the front side member covers the dash cross member.

PURPOSE: A back beam of a bumper is provided to enhance an impact absorbing capability at the back beam by absorbing an impact energy in step by step along a vehicle speed. CONSTITUTION: A bumper for a vehicle comprises a facer, an energy absorbing member, and a back beam(200) for supporting the energy absorbing member and absorbing the impact energy through an elastic deforming and a plastic deforming on a collision of the vehicle. The back beam is composed of a front panel(201) and a rear panel(202). The front panel is contacted with the energy absorbing member, and the rear panel is contacted with a stay of a vehicle body. A first extension portion(201a) is extended and formed from the front panel, and a second extension portion(202a) is extended from the rear panel. The first extension portion and the second extension portion are coupled each other by a wax(210). A curling plate(220) is installed at an overlapping position of the first and the second extension portion.
