Abstract: PURPOSE: A new electromagnet device is provided to control the intensity of a magnetic field and to solve problems, such as the bubbling in a test piece, the rearrangement of CIP(Carbonyl Iron Powder) orientation, and the like, thereby enhancing an MR(Magneto-Rheological) effect and the mechanical behavior of anisotropy MRE(Magneto-Rheological Elastomer). CONSTITUTION: An electromagnet device for manufacturing anisotropy magneto-rheological elastomer positions two electromagnetic coils at the upside and the downside, and a test piece mold location part of MRE is positioned between the electromagnetic coils. The electromagnet coil is made up so that the intensity of a magnetic field for the test piece mold is controlled by the current which is applied from a power controller.
