Abstract: An apparatus for testing a manual transmission is provided to improve the installation performance of the load cell at the two sides of the horizontal bar and increase the measurement efficiency of the isometric rigidity for the arm of the shift fork. An apparatus for testing a manual transmission is composed of a bar(110) horizontally formed with a long length to downwardly move and apply the load; load cells(120) mounted at both sides of the lower part of the bar to measure the load applied to the arm comprising the shift fork of the manual transmission; and a gauge(130) mounted to measure the moving volume of the bar. The load cell is detachably mounted at the bar to be corresponded to the length of the shift fork. The load cell is connected to the pad of the shift fork through a column(122).
