    Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic control valve apparatus is provided to reduce noise by comprising a stable valve profile with reducing resistances caused by fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control valve apparatus comprises a housing unit(10), a hydraulic piston(20), and a bypass unit(30). A lamp protrusion is formed inside the housing unit, and a main chamber(16) and an auxiliary chamber(18) are formed. The hydraulic piston moves back and forth inside the housing unit according to the fluid pressure of the main chamber. A cylinder flow path(22), which is selectively closed by the lamp protrusion is formed in the hydraulic piston. A brake path(24) is formed in a lower part of the cylinder flow path. The bypass unit selectively connects the main chamber and auxiliary chamber.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable air intake device is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and prevent torque from being lowered by fabricating the variable air intake device in a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(3) of a runner(2) forming an intake manifold is connected to one side of a surge tank(1). A first valve ball(5) and a second valve ball(6) are selectively operated by means of a valve direction switching device. A valve of the valve direction switching device is rotated by means of a rotating shaft(10), which is rotated by fluid flux introduced into the surge tank. A rotating blade(11) is mounted on a front end of the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is rotatably supported by a supporting member(12). The supporting member is arranged in the surge tank by horizontally crossing the surge tank.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a primary fuel pump(110) for pumping a low pressure fuel; a secondary fuel pump(120) having an input terminal connected to the output terminal of the primary fuel pump, and which presses the fuel being supplied from the primary fuel pump; a fuel rail(130) for supplying the pressurized fuel to an injector, and suppressing fluctuation of the pressure of the pressurized fuel being supplied from the secondary fuel pump; a fuel rail relief valve(140) for maintaining the fuel pressure in the fuel rail by being open/shut in accordance with the fuel pressure in the fuel rail; a fuel pressure sensor(150) for measuring the pressure of the fuel in the fuel rail; a fuel check valve(160) interposed between the output terminal of the secondary fuel pump and the fuel rail, and which controls flow of the fuel being supplied from the secondary fuel pump to the fuel rail; a water temperature sensor(170) for sensing the water temperature of the gasoline direct injection engine; an engine control unit(180) for analyzing the signal input from the sensors, and generating a fuel pressure control signal during the cold start of the engine; and a fuel pump relief valve(190) for maintaining the transmission pressure of the secondary fuel pump at the preset pressure level.
