Abstract: PURPOSE: Joining structure of a PCSV(Purge Control Solenoid Valve) is provided to reduce the number of parts for the joining of the PCSV and suppress breakage of the PCSV to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: In the joining structure of a PCSV, a boss for join(21) is formed at an end of a suction manifold(20), to mount the PCSV. The PCSV is joined inside the boss, with the output end of the PCSV facing the inside of the suction manifold. A soundproof cover made of rubber material is joined outside the PCSV. A joining part(24) for join of a bolt is formed on a side of the boss. A flange(26) is protruded on a side of the soundproof cover. The flange is joined to the joining part, with a bolt(25). Accordingly, the number of parts for the joining of the PCSV is sharply reduced. The PCSV is joined, with contacted with the suction manifold and therefore, breakage of the PCSV is suppressed to the utmost.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An evaporative gas exhaust valve of a vehicle is provided to reduce assembling process and producing cost by installing the PSCV(Purge Control Solenoid Valve) directly to an induction manifold. CONSTITUTION: An evaporative gas exhaust valve of a vehicle includes a canister; an induction manifold(I) and a PCSV(Purge Control Solenoid Valve,10). The canister collects evaporative gas of a fuel tank. Collected evaporative gas flows into the induction manifold. A gas flow passage is opened and closed by the PCSV with an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) to go into the induction manifold. The PCSV is straight shape to make gas flow from the canister to the induction manifold directly. A connecting end(K) is protruded to be connected inside the induction manifold. The PCSV is inserted to the connecting end. A fixing bolt(13) fixes the PCSV to a side of the connecting end. Therefore, interception of the flow passage by foreign materials is prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A LPI injector is provided to prevent tar from being attached to a place between an injection tube and an injection part so ultrasonic cleaning is not necessary. CONSTITUTION: A LPI injector comprises an injection unit, a housing, an icing tip(300), and an injection tube(400). The housing encloses an outer surface of the injection unit. The icing tip is connected to a lower part of the housing, and comprises a tip through part. The injection tube is connected to the lower part of the injection unit, and installed with being passed through the tip through part. A tapered portion is formed in the lower part of the tip through part. The lower part of the injection tube contacts with the tapered portion of the tip through part. An inclined angle of the tapered portion is 10°±2° ~ 20°±2° with respect to a penetration shaft.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A returnless fuel supply device is provided to reduce components and assembly process, thereby reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A fuel pump(12) is installed in the fuel tank(10). A pressure regulator(18) is installed in a fuel passing pipe(14) adjacent to the fuel pump(12). The pressure regulator(18) maintains pressure of the fuel sent to an injector(16) higher than a pressure in an intake manifold, and returns remaining fuel to the fuel tank(10). One end of a fuel filter(20) is installed at the end of the fuel passing pipe(14). The other end of the fuel filter(20) is installed with a connection pipe(22). The connection pipe(22) connects the fuel filter(20) with a fuel rail(24).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A LPI(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) injector is provided to flexibly cope with exhaust regulations by preventing a leakage of fuels caused by deposition of foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A LPI injector comprises a injector body(11), an icing tube(14), a valve seat(17), and a ball valve(16). The injector body is supplied with fuels from an upper part, and sprays the fuels to a lower part. The upper part of the icing tube is coupled to the lower part of the injector. The icing tube sprays the fuels inside the body through an inner fuel jetting passage(15). The valve seat is interposed between the injector body and icing tube, and inserted into the lower part of the injector body. The valve seat comprises a spray hole(18), and a tube joining groove(19). The tube joining groove is formed around the spray hole, and coupled to the icing tube. The ball valve is paced at the injector body of the valve seat, and opens/closes the spray hole.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pressure reducer of an LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) vehicle is provided to prevent the delay or failure of hot or cold starting by surely cutting off the supply of fuel when an engine is restarted. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cut solenoid(140) is installed on a fuel inlet path(101) of a first pressure reducing chamber(110). The solenoid cuts off the inflow of fuel to the first pressure reducing chamber and the inflow of residual gas in the first pressure reducing chamber to a second pressure reducing chamber(120). If an engine is stopped, the inflow of fuel is stopped. When the engine is restarted, the fuel cut solenoid cuts off the inflow of fuel to the first pressure reducing chamber. Therefore, delay or failure of starting due to the leakage of fuel is prevented.
