본 발명은 차량의 롤이 아닌 순수한 범프시에는 가급적 리프스프링과 스토퍼실린더의 접촉을 피하도록 하고, 차량의 롤시에는 리프스프링의 적은 변형에도 스토퍼실린더가 리프스프링과 접촉하여 차량의 롤오버를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 하는 능동적인 롤 감응형 범프스토퍼를 제공하여 차량의 주행안정성과 승차감을 동시에 향상시키도록 한다.

본 발명은 스페어타이어용 캐리어가 설치되는 차량의 하부구조에 관한 것으로서, 사이드프레임(100)에 좌우 양측단부가 각각 연결되어 있는 바디엔드멤버(200)와 크로스멤버(300) 사이에 와이어타입의 스페어타이어캐리어(600)가 설치되는 프레임(400)이 설치되고, 상기 프레임(400)의 좌우 양측 및 크로스멤버(300)의 중앙부에는 스페어타이어(500)의 상부면에 접하는 제1스페어타이어스톱퍼(310)와 제2스페어타이어스톱퍼(410)가 각각 용착되어 지는 것에 있어서, 상기 제2스페어타이어스톱퍼(410)가 용착되는 프레임(400)의 좌우 양측부가 후부로 절곡된 상태로 양측단부가 사이드프레임(100)에 각각 용착되어, 프레임(400)의 중앙부에 설치되어 있는 스페어타이어캐리어(600)를 이용해 프레임(400)에 스페어타이어(500)를 수납시 상기 프레임(400)의 좌우 양측부에 각각 용착되어 있는 제2스페어타이어스톱퍼(410)와 크로스멤버(300)의 중앙부에 설치되어 있는 제1스페어타이어스톱퍼(310)에 의해 스페어타이어(500)의 상부면이 유동되지 않도록 안정되게 지지된 상태를 유지하게 됨으로써, 비포장도로를 주행시에도 스페어타이어(500)가 바디엔드멤버(200)와 접촉하는 것이 방지되어 마찰음등이 발생하지 않도록 하는 것이다.

PURPOSE: An under cover of a vehicle is provided to improve cooling and traveling performance of the vehicle and the efficiency of an intercooler by increasing the exhaust and flow of the air around a radiator/intercooler module by using a guide wing and a guide port. CONSTITUTION: An under cover(100) of a vehicle is composed of a guide wing(110) formed on the bottom side and bent and inclined downward, wherein a predetermined area of the wing is cut, and a guide port(120) formed by the bottom side and the bent guide wing. Plural guide wings and guide ports are arranged horizontally in a line on the bottom side of a rear side of a radiator/intercooler module(200). The air in the under cover is exhausted smoothly through the guide wings and guide ports.

PURPOSE: A spacer of a cross member is provided to decrease the number of parts by inserting two bolts to one spacer, to reduce welding time and expenses by welding upper and lower linear parts into the cross member, and to improve the quality by reducing assembling tolerance with equalizing the insertion distance of the bolt. CONSTITUTION: A spacer(30) is installed inside a cross member for forming a chassis frame(1) of a vehicle to prevent deformation of the cross member against assembling force of a bolt(2) in combining the cross member with a fixing bracket by the bolt. The spacer has a planar body(31) and cylindrical bolt insertion parts(32) integrally formed at both sides of the body. An assembling jig hole(33) is formed in the middle of the body to fix the position in welding into the cross member. Deformation of the cross member is prevented, and parts are reduced by welding upper and lower linear parts into the cross member.

PURPOSE: A device for mounting a front differential unit of a 4-wheel drive vehicle is provided to prevent the horizontal and vertical vibration of the front differential unit from being transmitted to a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A device for mounting a front differential unit of a 4-wheel drive vehicle includes a vehicle body bracket(11), a differential arm(15), first and second vibroisolating elements(13,18) and coupling elements. The bracket is extended horizontally from a traverse element of a vehicle body to a differential unit. The differential arm is located at a lower part of the bracket to be fixed to the differential unit at an end and has a cylindrical receiving part(16) of which a lower surface is opened. The first vibroisolating element has a plurality of protrusions formed at a bottom surface for absorbing vertical vibration and restraining the amplitude of the vibration. The second vibroisolating element is received in the receiving part of the differential arm for absorbing vertical and horizontal direction of the differential arm and formed with a plurality of stoppers at to and bottom surfaces for restraining the amplitude of the vibrations.

PURPOSE: A structure for a body mounting unit of a vehicle is provided to prevent passengers from inclining to one side in turning by inclining upper and lower anti-vibration rubbers toward a roll shaft center of a body and accordingly controlling a lateral motion while compressing the anti-vibration rubbers. CONSTITUTION: A structure for a body mounting unit of a vehicle is composed of an upper bracket(110) welded to the bottom side of a body and formed with a placing unit(111); a lower bracket(120) welded to a frame and formed with a placing unit(121) spaced from the upper bracket; an upper anti-vibration rubber(130) mounted between the placing units of the upper and lower brackets; and a lower anti-vibration rubber(140) disposed at the lower side of the lower bracket and fixed by a nut(160) combined to a bolt(150) passing through the upper anti-vibration rubber. The placing units of the upper and lower brackets are bent toward a roll shaft center of the body.

PURPOSE: A carrier apparatus of a spare tire for a vehicle is provided to easily assemble and disassemble the spare tire from a carrier body, by using potential energy of a spring, and prevent movement interference of the spare tire fixed to a carrier during traveling. CONSTITUTION: In a carrier apparatus of a spare tire for a vehicle, a wire(1) is wound around a carrier body(2) mounted to the lower end surface of a rear vehicle body or to a chassis frame, and an operating rod(4) is inserted into a rod guide of the carrier. The free end of the wire makes a spare tire(7) assembled and disassembled from the carrier body. A support spring(8) is elastically installed to the carrier body formed on the opposite side of the rod guide. Thus, the spare tire is easily assembled and disassembled to the carrier body by the potential energy of the spring.
