Abstract: PURPOSE: A connecting device for a vehicle washer hose is provided to enhance the assembling performance and to reduce the assembling time by fixing a nipple to a cowl top cover. CONSTITUTION: A connecting device for a vehicle washer hose consists of a first hose(100), a cowl top cover(200) and a nipple(230). The first hose is connected to a washer tank, which is located adjacent to the engine in the hood panel of a vehicle, and transfers the washer liquid. The cowl top cover is installed between a vehicle body panel(2) including a hood panel and a wind shield glass and a fixing hole is formed on the side of the cowl top cover and a second hose(220) connected to a washer-liquid nozzle is installed in the cowl top cover. The nipple is installed in the cowl top cover and is inserted into the first hose if the cowl top cover is mounted on the vehicle body panel. A coupling groove is formed on the nipple and the nipple is inserted into a fixing hole of the cowl top cover.

Abstract: A placing device of a parking brake in a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to improve stability and drivability of the vehicle by placing a brake cable before measuring torque of the parking brake and maintaining tension of the brake cable, and to prevent accidents in parking on a slope by restricting slip of the brake and vibration of a vehicle body. A parking brake placing device includes a base frame fixed in a vehicle room, a pneumatic cylinder(20) fastened to the base frame to generate pneumatic pressure, an operation rod(18) arranged and linearly reciprocated in the pneumatic cylinder, an operation cable(26) connected to the operation rod and a brake cable, and an operation button(30) installed at a side of the pneumatic cylinder to operate the pneumatic cylinder. A parking brake lever assembly is installed in an assembling hole of the base frame, and the operation cable is wound on a direction change roller rotated and installed in the base frame to change the direction.
