Abstract: 본 발명은 화물차량의 테일게이트 잠금장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 사이드게이트(10)의 후방 상면에 안착홈(12)과 상기 안착홈(12)의 일측에 이와 수직으로 연하는 형태로 안내홈(11)을 형성하여 상기 안내홈(11)과 연하는 사이드게이트(10)의 배면 상부에 가이드홀(13)을 형성하고 상기 안착홈(12)에 회동 가능하게 결합되고 일측 상면에 결합공(31)이 형성되며 중앙에 톱니바퀴(32)가 형성된 후크부재(30)를 결합하되, 상기 후크부재(30)의 일측 안내홈(11)에 승강 가능하게 결합되고 상기 후크부재(30)의 톱니바퀴(32)에 치합되는 톱니(47)가 일측면에 형성되며 사이드게이트(10)의 가이드홀(13)의 외측으로 손잡이(41)가 연장 결합된 가이드(40)의 상면 및 저면에 스프링(44a)을 탄력 설치하는 한편, 테일게이트(20)의 측면 상부에 로크블록(21)을 결합하여 손잡이(41)의 조작에 의해 가이드(40)의 톱니(47)에 치합된 후크부재(30)가 연� �되어 상기 후크부재(30)의 결합공(31)이 테일게이트(20)의 로크블록(21)에 탈/삽입 고정될 수 있도록 한 구조이다. 본 발명은 화물차량의 테일게이트를 개폐하는데에 있어서, 종래와 같이 여러 개폐단계가 요구되지 아니하고 단순화 된 개폐동작 구조에 의해 테일게이트가 일시에 개폐됨으로서 테일게이트 개폐에 따르는 번거로움은 물론 신체적인 무리를 최소화 할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermistor for an evaporator of a vehicle air conditioner and a method for controlling on/off of a compressor using the same are provided to efficiently prevent frost of an evaporator by turning on and off a compressor at accurate points. CONSTITUTION: A thermistor(11a) is formed in a structure that a flat aluminum cap(12) covers a heat sensing element of a front end of the thermistor. In sensing a temperature, the aluminum cap including the heat sensing element is inserted into a space between fins inside an evaporator. A CPU of an air conditioner controller receives an electric signal from the thermistor. If the CPU judges that a temperature of a surface of the evaporator is decreased to 1.5 degrees, the CPU turns off a compressor. After turning off the compressor, the CPU judges whether the temperature of the surface of the evaporator is increased to 3 degrees. If so, the CPU turns on the compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of a wiper motor for a vehicle is provided to improve the durability and the capacity of the wiper motor by increasing the rotation force of the motor by the point contact of a ball bearing. CONSTITUTION: A ball bearing(14) is mounted to a ball bearing mounting part formed to a yoke part(12) of a motor housing(11) to support a shaft(13). A circular groove(15) concentric with a ball bearing is formed to the yoke part of the motor housing to support the periphery of the ball bearing. The shaft is fixed at the inner surface of the ball bearing and a step(16) in the shape of square is formed to the fixed surface of the shaft to prevent the separation of the shaft.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of a compressor for reducing noise of an automobile is provided to suppress generation of noise during initial driving of an air conditioner, stabilize an air conditioner operating system and improve durability of the compressor by symmetrically arranging a plurality of refrigerant passing holes on a cylinder to allow refrigerant to keep well-balanced flowing so as to suppress generation of additional noise. CONSTITUTION: Cylinder bores in a cylinder are radially mounted centering on a central axis. A front head(10) and a rear head have suction chambers(11) and discharge chambers(12) partitioned, respectively. The suction chamber has low pressure refrigerant flowing therein. The discharge chamber has high pressure refrigerant discharged thereto. Volume of the suction chamber is reduced and volume of the discharge chamber is increased compared with an existing system to allow smooth flowing of refrigerant due to reduction of pressure in the discharge chamber. Ratio between volume of the suction chamber and the discharge chamber is 1.4 to 1. A plurality of refrigerant passing holes are symmetrically arranged on the cylinder for refrigerant to keep well-balanced flowing.

CONSTITUTION: A race(20) is installed on a surface of a bridge(13) having a shaft hole(11) formed thereon to compensate a gap between a cylinder block(10) and a swash plate.
