The transmission and receipt frequency band extracting units(7) forms a pattern for connecting the transmission and receipt resonators(3,5) to the PCB(1) and are attached to be opposite with the both sides of the PCB(1). The transmission and receipt frequency band extracting units(7) include the first and second aluminum pattern capacitors(17,19) attached to the both sides of the PCB(1). The first and second aluminum pattern capacitors(17,19) are formed as a plate type, and are oppositely attached in a direction to be vertical to the PCB(1).
