PURPOSE: A polypropylene/clay nano composite for a paintless wrapping unit for a vehicle, a manufacturing method thereof and a paintless wrapping unit including thereof are provided to improve weathering resistance of the wrapping unit of a vehicle by an excellent mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene/clay nano composite contains: 100 parts by weight of master batch including 40~60wt% organoclay, 30~50wt% of polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride, and 10~30 wt% of poly propylene resin with the melt index of 1~20 gram per 10 minutes; 200~900 parts by weight of poly propylene resin with the melt index of 15~35 gram per 10 minutes; 0.2~5 parts by weight of UV stabilizer; and 0.1~4 parts by weight of heat stabilizer.

PURPOSE: Provided is a foaming filler composition for filling inside of voids in cars, which inhibits noises and vibrational sounds from being transferred into cars through the voids, and has improved heat resistance and anti-aging property. CONSTITUTION: The foaming filler composition for filling inside of voids in cars comprises: 25-35 wt% of EPDM(ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber, 1-10 wt% of a thermoplastic rubber, 1-5 wt% of zinc oxide(ZnO), 1-5 wt% of stearic acid, 1-4 wt% of carbon black, 20-40 wt% of calcium carbonate, 18-30 wt% of clay, 5-25 wt% of a processing oil, 2-6 wt% of sulfur, 1-10 wt% of 2-mercaptobenzothiazolate disulfide, 4-10 wt% of azodicarbonamide and 1-6 wt% of urea. The thermoplastic rubber may be selected from the group consisting of styrene-butadiene copolymer and styrene-isoprene copolymer.

PURPOSE: An anti-scratch strengthening paint composition is provided to maintain high gloss preservation rate, and to improve the chemical resistance and scratch resistance of a coating film. CONSTITUTION: An anti-scratch strengthening paint composition contains 40-60 wt% of polyester polyol and polycarbonate-modified polyol mixed resin, 10-30 wt% of acrylic resin, 25-45 wt% of solvent, 1-5 wt% of UV stabilizer, 0.05-0.1 wt% of catalyst, and 0.1-0.3 wt% of surface agent. A production method of an anti-scratch coating film for a vehicle exterior component comprises the following steps: coating the anti-scratch strengthening paint composition on the vehicle exterior component in the thickness of 30-50 microns; and low-temperature curing the vehicle exterior component coated with the composition at 70-90°C for 20-60 minutes. PURPOSE: A method for modifying the surface of carbon nanotubes using radioactive ray is provided to generate a functional group containing oxygen on the surface of the carbon nanotubes by directly irradiating the radioactive ray to the carbon nanotubes under an oxygen atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: A functional group containing oxygen is generated on the surface of carbon nanotubes by directly irradiating radioactive ray to the carbon nanotubes under an oxygen atmosphere. The radioactive ray is high level gamma ray. The irradiating amount of the radioactive ray is between 5 and 30 kGy. The carbon nanotubes are one or more selected from single wall carbon nanotubes, double wall carbon nanotubes, and multi wall carbon nanotubes.

PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition is provided to secure stable dimension while compensating high impact property, balanced properties, especially, dimensional stability of parts through linear expansion minimization by thermal change. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene resin composition comprises: 30~78 weight% of highly crystalline polypropylene resin in which an isotactic peptard fraction by a C-NMR method is 96% or greater; 1~30 weight% of an ethylene-octadiene rubber component; 1~10 weight% of glass bubbles; and 20~40 weight% of polypropylene nanomaster batch in which the nanoclay content is 20~50 weight%.

PURPOSE: A coating agent for nano imprinting is provided to ensure a refractive index similar to a poly(methyl methacrylate) resin used as a cluster window, to enable nano pattern formation for improving transparency, and to satisfy automobile interior standards such as light resistance, heat resistance, and scratch resistance. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent for poly(methyl methacrylate) pannel nano imprinting comprises (a) a ultraviolet curable resin, (b) a photoinitiator, (c) a solvent-free surface conditioning additive, and (d) a weather resistant stabilizer. The ultraviolet curable resin includes single or two kinds or more selected from a monomer, an oligomer, and a prepolymer including single or two kinds or more of polymerizable unsaturated bonds selected from an acryloyl group, methacryloyl group, acryloyloxy group, methacryloyloxy group, epoxy group, and vinylether group.

CONSTITUTION: A composite for an inner layer of an automotive fuel tube comprises 30~80 weight% of polyamide resin, 5~10 weight% of polyolefin resin, 5~30 weight% of impact reinforcing agent containing a maleic anhydride-grafted ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, 5~30 weight% of conductive filler containing conductive carbon black and carbon nanotubes, 5~30 weight% of softener, and 0.5~10 weight% of reaction control agent.
