Abstract: La invención se relaciona con un método para remover por lo menos una primera sustancia de una mezcla que contiene por lo menos una primera sustancia y por lo menos una segunda sustancia. Tal método comprende las siguientes etapas: (A) poner en contacto la mezcla que contiene por lo menos una primera sustancia y por lo menos una segunda sustancia con por lo menos una sustancia de superficie activa, opcionalmente en presencia de por lo menos un dispersante, la sustancia de superficie activa que se une a por lo menos una primera sustancia, (B) opcionalmente agregar por lo menos un dispersante a la mezcla obtenida en la etapa (A) para obtener una dispersión, (C) tratar la dispersión obtenida en la etapa (A) o (B) con por lo menos una partícula magnética hidrofóbica de manera que por lo menos una primera sustancia a la cual por lo menos una sustancia de superficie activa se une, y por lo menos una partícula magnética se agregan a la misma, (ID) remover el producto de adición obtenido en la etapa (C) a partir de la mezcla aplicando un campo magnético, (E) desintegrando el producto de adición removido obtenido en la etapa (D) para obtener por lo menos una primera sustancia, y por lo menos una partícula magnética como entidades separadas.
