    Abstract: The control device for hydraulic systems has a three-way flow control valve (17) which directs a first flow of pressure medium to an accummulator (90) until the latter has been sufficiently charged, and directs a second flow of pressure medium to a second hydraulic circuit. To control the flow of pressure medium to the accummulator, a pilot control valve (63), which acts on a plunger (73) subjected to the pressure in the accummulator. Provided in the spool (18) of the flow control valve is a throttle valve (34) which, in conjunction with the pilot control valve (63) and the control plunger (73), ensures accurate switching of the flow control valve (17).

    Abstract: The hydraulic ram control unit has a slide valve (12) with a barrier block (13) between it and the ram, the block having a release piston (32) working with a pilot valve (55,56) in a valve slide (37,38). The pilot valve is spring-loaded against a seat (53,54), while the slide valve has a cone face also spring-loaded against a seat. On the valve slide (37,38) there is a control flange (37',38') behind the cone face and with a precision edge (47,48). A throttle connection (85,86) leads to the outlet (33,34) from the space (79,80) behind the pilot valve.

    Abstract: 1,150,717. Hydraulic accumulators. ROBERT BOSCH G.m.b.H. May 20, 1966 [May 22, 1965], No.22430/66. Heading F1P. The wide mouth of a cup-shaped flexible partition 16 dividing the rigid two-part casing 10, 11 of a hydraulic accumulator is urged into sealing engagement against a substantially cylindrical portion of the inner wall of the casing by means of a metal ring 20 which when fitted is of larger outer diameter than the inner diameter of said mouth which latter is thereby elastically deformed. The ring 20 which may be flat sectioned and closed is first inserted in position and is then expanded to its fitted position against an internal reinforcing head 19. An external bead 21 on the partition mouth is received by a recess 22 in the casing wall. In a modification a split ring (42, Fig.3, not shown) is offered with its ends overlapping and is then expanded until said ends abut. In a further modification the inner wall of the mouth is reinforced by a helical spring (50, Fig.4, not shown) abutted by a conical retaining ring (51).
