    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire for a two wheeler with excellent durability of an elastic foamed body and excellent control stability by optimizing a reinforcement belt layer. SOLUTION: In the tire 1 for the two wheeler having a block pattern and with an elastic foamed body 8 filled in a cavity formed in a state of a tire wheel, a carcass 6 is constituted of at least a sheet of up ply 9a, 9b and at least a sheet of down ply 10. The distance h measured between folded ends 11 of the maximum width up ply 9a and a rim diameter line position 12 along the tire radial direction is 30-70% of the tire cross sectional height SH. A first reinforcement layer 14 and a second reinforcement layer 15 formed by coating a cord lower in elongation than a ply cord with rubber are provided in a crown part 13 of the carcass 6. In the first reinforcement layer 14, each of its edges 16 is brought into line with the folded ends 11 of the maximum width up ply 9a or overlapped by 20% or less of the tire radial direction length of the tire cross sectional height.     Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a pneumatic tire for heavy duty in which a specific rubber composition is used as a tread rubber and its burst resistance, particularly cutting and tearing resistances are improved during the running at elevated temperature without any adverse effect on its abrasion resistance and low heat build-up. CONSTITUTION: In this tire, a rubber composition comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component, (B) 20-70 pts.wt. of carbon black having a nitrogen- adsorption specific surface area of 70m /g or more, (C) 1-30 pts.wt. of an ABS resin having a heat distortion temperature of 70-180 deg.C and when needed, (D) 1-15 pts.wt. of silica is used as a base rubber for the tread, particularly as a base rubber for the tread having a cap/base structure.
