    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain tire excellent in abrasion resistance, durability on heat build-up and antiwandering property, by composing it from a tread section consisting of a cap layer and a base payer with a double-layer structure made of a rubber constituent composed of a natural rubber and a specific amt. of a diene rubber which comprises a carbon black with a particular level of specific surface area and the like. SOLUTION: This tire is composed of a tread section consisting of a cap layer made of 100 pts.wt. of a rubber constituent composed of 30-90 pts.wt. of a natural rubber and 70-10 pts.wt. of a SBR, which comprises 30-70 pts.wt. of a carbon black with a specific surface area (nitrogen adsorption) of >=70 m /g as well as a base rubber layer having an inner layer and an innermost layer made of 100 pts.wt. of a rubber constituent composed of 100-70 pts.wt. of a natural rubber and 0-30 pts.wt. of a diene rubber, which comprises 25-60 pts.wt. of a carbon black with a specific surface area of 70-160 m /g, 2.5-30 pts.wt. of a silica and a silane coupling agent in an amt. of 5-20 wt.% based on the amt. of the silica in the former case and 20-50 pts.wt. of a carbon black with a specific surface area of /g in the latter case, wherein tan δ's are in the order of the cap layer > the vase inner layer > the base innermost layer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the low heating property without sacrificing wear- resistance and fracture-resistance by providing a specified volume ratio of a base tread rubber to a cap tread rubber, mixing carbon with a specified grain size, N2SA value, and parts by weight, and containing a specified SPB and others. CONSTITUTION:The volume ratio of a base tread rubber 4 of a tire which is formed by arranging a belt layer 2 at the head part of a steel carcass layer 1 and putting a cap/base tread 3 on it to a cap tread rubber 5 is set at 80/20 to 20/80. Also the base tread rubber 4 contains a carbon with a grain diameter of 70m /g or more in N2SA value by 30 to 55 part by weight and a syndiotactic-1, 2-polybutadien of 130 to 180 deg.C in melting point by 1 to 30 part by weight. Thus the life against wear is prolonged, and the cut of a tread part and the burst of a tread pattern block becomes rarely to be produced at low heating.

    SOLUTION: The foamed elastic filler is produced by compounding 100 pts. wt. of a rubber component composed mainly of a butyl rubber and/or a halogenated butyl rubber with 0.3-2.0 pts. wt. of a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent and 0.3-3.0 pts. wt. of a vulcanizing agent for forming a monosulfide bond and/or 0.3-3.0 pts. wt. of a post-vulcanization agent and has an apparent specific gravity of 0.08-0.2. The tire for two-wheeled vehicles is produced by using the foamed elastic filler 3 pressed in a manner to fill a doughnut-shaped space formed between a rim 2 and a tire shell 1.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber compsn. greatly improved in resistances to breaking and cutting and in low heat build-up properties and suitable for a tread base rubber by mixing and kneading a diene rubber with a carbon black, a compd. having a (substd.) acryloyloxy group, and silica under specified conditions. SOLUTION: First, 100 pts.wt. diene rubber contg. at least 70wt.% natural rubber and/or synthetic polyisoprene rubber is mixed and kneader with 20-60 pts.wt. carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 70m /g or higher and 0.05-6 pts.wt. compd. having at least two acryloyloxy or α-alkyl- substd. acryloyloxy groups, then mixed and kneaded with 1-30 pts.wt. silica and 0.05-6 pts.wt. coupling agent, and finally mixed and kneaded with ingredients necessary for vulcanization. Thus obtd. compd. is vulcanized to give the objective compsn.
