Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable to perform winding and unwinding without deformation of a projection part and to facilitate storage and transportation, by a method wherein, while a liner pulled out of a holding means is reeled in a spiral manner as the liner is engaged with a winding reel, a long size object is located between the liners for storage. CONSTITUTION:With a starting switch made, a driving force is transferred to a winding reel from a rotary shaft 12 through a clutch, reels 15 and 15' are started to rotate at the same speed, and a liner 16 is wound around an engagement alit 13a in a reel 15 along with rotation. During such winding, sidelead rubber 20, discharged through an extruder, is moved from the right upper part to the left lower part, and is brought into contact with the outer surface of a liner 16b wound around the slit 13a, and is further wound around the reel 15 togetherwith a liner 16c positioned outside the rubber 20 and unwound from a liner drum 17. In this case, a projection part 20a of the sidelead 20 is spaced a given distance away from the liner 16. This causes the preobjection part 20a to be prevented from deformation, and enables to perform simple and easy winding and unwinding.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of the exchange work of holders even when the band diameter is changed and consequently contrive to enhance the productivity of a tire by a structure wherein a plurality of arcuate holders, which are mounted separately and in the direction to the periphery of an annular frame and which are shiftable radially and synchronously, and to an end of each of which an angularly changeable auxiliary holders are pivotally connected. CONSTITUTION:When a tire-constituting band A is to be held, said tire-constituting band A is mounted in a frame. Next, respective arcuate holders 11 are shifted synchronously and radially inwards so as to push all the arcuate holders 11 and auxiliary holders 28 and 29 against the outer periphery of the tire-constituting band A. As a result, the tire-constituting band A is held from outside by the holders. When the curvature radius of the tire-constituting band A is changed, the auxiliary holders 28 and 29 are pivoted in response to the curvature radius so as to change the angular position with respect to the arcuate holder. Thus, the auxiliary holders 28 and 29 can contact with the outer periphery of a tire-constituting band A having an arbitrary diameter simultaneously with the arcuate holders 11, resulting in increasing the number of contacts and the contact area of the holders to the tire-constituting band A. Consequently, the uniformity of the tire can be improved without utilizing various kinds of holders, and at the same time the air can be prevented from remaining.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title apparatus having a simple structure and showing high working efficiency, by holding a bead by a holding means and subsequently allowing a main body and a bead ring to approach each other relatively to make a press part abut on an abutment part. CONSTITUTION:When a bead B is fitted and mounted to a support flange part 68, said based B is attracted to the permanent magnet 64 of a stopper body 63 to be certainly held thereto. Next, cylinders 20, 57 are operated to allow a moving stand 12 and a movable stand 26 to approach each other and, when the leading end of the press part 17 of a bead ring 13 is made to abut on the abutment part 69 of an arc-shaped segment 66, the arc-shaped segment 66 is pushed toward a main body 56 to receive the support flange part 68 in the stopper body 63. Next, the bead B is made to abut on the permanent magnet 18 of the bead ring 13 to be attracted thereto and, thereafter, the moving stand 12 and the movable stand 26 further approach each other to stop and the bead B is grasped from both sides thereof. Next, the bead ring 13 is enlarged in its diameter until the flange part 16 of each ring segment 14 is made to abut on the inner periphery of the bead B and, after the enlargement of the diameter of said ring 13 is stopped, the bead B is supplied to the bead ring 13 from the arc-shaped segment 66. Therefore, a simple supply apparatus enhanced in working efficiency is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a quality with various beads, by a method wherein after the diameter of a bladder fitted to a turnable drum body is expanded with an archwise segment along with a rotation of the said drum body, a bead/filler complex is made by expanding the bladder and the flipper is stuck on the circumference of an inner end part of the said complex to be wrapped. Along with the above matter, a bead B is carrier in up to an established position, the diameter of an archwise segment 8 is expanded along with the bladder 3, flipper P and filler F with an expanding and contracting mechanism 12 and the archwise segment 8 is abutted against the inner circumference of the bead B through the flipper P and bladder 3. Then complex K of the bead B and filler F is made by expanding the bladder 3 and the flipper P is stucks on the circumference of an inner end part of the said complex K to be wrapped. An appliable bead sphere is widened like this and a quality of a product can be improved.

These bladders 16, 17 expand and brought into contact with the side surfaces of the leading end part of the filler 9 of the bead 11 equipped with the filler over the entire periphery thereof to laterally support the leading end part of the filler 9.
