Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer film for laminated glass, wherein a colorant is highly dispersed so as to suppress color unevenness and flow marks. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the interlayer film for laminated glass comprises: step (A) of preparing a colorant composition by heating and kneading 100 pts.wt. ethylene-polar monomer copolymer and 0.5-20 pts.mass colorant; and step (B) of mixing the colorant composition with a crosslinking agent and forming a film from the resulting composition. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EVA film roll for an interlayer of a laminated glass in which the adhesion of EVA film itself and whitening of the EVA film are suppressed even after the passage of a long period of time at ordinary temperatures. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an EVA film roll 13 for an interlayer of a laminated glass is characterized by rotationally driving a winding shaft 11, while controlling to set a winding tensile force approximately constant, to roll round an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin film 10 around the outer circumference of a winding shaft 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated glass maintaining excellent appearance characteristics for a long time after manufacturing. SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: making a laminate by inserting an interlayer film for the laminated glass including a copolymer of ethylene and a polar monomer, and a cross-linking agent between two transparent substrates; a preliminary pressure-sticking process of heating the laminate at a temperature from Tm to Tm+25°C under vacuum; a tentative adhesion process of heating the laminate at a temperature from Tm+20°C to Tm+45°C under the vacuum lower than that of the preliminary pressure-sticking process, and a main adhesion process of heating the laminate at a temperature from Tm+30°C to Tm+60°C under normal pressure where Tm is a melting point of the copolymer of ethylene and the polar monomer, wherein a heat treatment temperature (T 1 ) in the preliminary pressure-sticking process, a heat treatment temperature (T 2 ) in the tentative adhesion process, and a heat treatment temperature (T 3 ) in the main adhesion process satisfy the relation of T 1 2 3 .
