SOLUTION: A support piece 7, to which one end part of a core 4 fitted, is attached to a movable mold 3 and a gate piece 5 is attached to a fixed mold 2, and the taper surface of the support piece 7 and the taper surface of the base end part of a core 6 are joined to position the one end part of the core through the support piece, and the taper surface of the gate piece and the taper surface of the core are joined to position the other end part of the core to accurately arrange and fix the core to the predetermined position in a cavity 41 to perform molding operation.

SOLUTION: A magnet roller 10 equipped with a magnet roller main body 1 having a continuous hollow 3 in an axial direction is manufactured through such a method that magnetic powder-containing resin compound is injected into the cavity of a molding die and solidified by cooling for the formation of intermediate members 1A and 1B, wherein the members 1A and 1B are formed like semicircular troughs which are obtained by dividing the magnet roller main body into two pieces in an axial direction. The intermediate members 1A and 1B are fused together into the magnet roller main body 1 through an ultrasonic bonding method.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To alter the density only of the necessary part of the foam material inserted in an ink tank by a simple structure, in the ink tank of a recording apparatus, by forming a projection on the inner wall of the tank and compressing the foam material inserted in the ink tank by the projection to form an area partially high in density. CONSTITUTION:An air port 3 is provided to the lid member 2 of an ink tank main body 1 so that the inner pressure of an ink tank becomes same to atmospheric pressure and an ink discharge port 4 is provided to the bottom part on the side remote from the air port 3 of the main body 1 and a projection 5 is vertically provided to the lid member 2 toward the ink discharge port 4. A urethane foam material 6 is inserted in the ink tank main body 1 and the ink tank main body 1 is closed by the lid member 2. The inserted urethane foam material 6 is partially compressed by the projection 5 and a high density area A is formed to the urethane foam material 6 only in the vicinity of the ink discharge port 4. Therefore, the ink in the ink tank is successively consumed from the low density area B of the foam material 6 to the high density area A thereof and the residual amount of the ink in the ink tank is markedly reduced.

CONSTITUTION:The head 2 of a bolt base body 1 is covered with a cap 3 of nylon resin to form the resin composite bolt A. Meanwhile, a nut base body 9 is covered with a resin 10 to form the resin composite nut B. The resin composite bolt A is screwed into the resin composite nut B through the metallic pipe 17 having a diameter enough to accommodate the external thread part 18 of the composite bolt A. As a result, both ends of the metallic pipe abut on the flange 18 of the composite bolt A and the flange 13 of the composite nut B, and are sealed. Since the external and internal thread parts are sealed in this way, a required plating can be applied only on the resin surface.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a not tightening strength and simplify the positioning man-hours of the base body of a nut, by a method wherein the base body of the nut is arranged at a predetermined position in a cavity and the whole surface of the same is coated with a resin in a predetermined thickness. CONSTITUTION:The base body 6 of a nut is screwed into a male screw 4, projected from a mold 1 having a height higher than the same of the base body 6. The molds 1, 2 are mated to form a cavity 3 and the base body 6 is arranged at a predetermined position in the cavity 3 by the pedestal 5, surrounding the base of the male screw 4. Polyamide resin is poured into and cured in the cavity 3 under this condition. When a resin coated nut A is screwed off the male screw 4, the surface of the base body 6 is coated by the resin 7 while the outer periphery of the base body 6 is provided with a hexagonal shape to engage for turning. A round recess 8 remains in a front resin 7', formed on the base body 6, while a female screw 9 is formed on a rear surface resin 7''. The female screw 9 is formed so as to have a diameter, slightly smaller than the female screw 10 of the base body due to contraction, whereby the female screw 9 bites the male screw thread of a bolt to be screwed thereto and an effect to prevent the nut from loosening can be obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To execute automatically and efficiently the locking operation of a resin bolt of nut with a resin washer, by setting up a resin washer and a resin bolt or nut in stacked state at a concaved part on a turn table, by transferring this pair to just under a press cylinder, and by pressing against the resin bolt or nut with this press cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A resin washer 9 is placed in a concaved part 12 at P1 position on a turn table 11. Here the washer 9 is placed with its convex portion 10 upward, namely, the surface locking with a resin bolt or nut upward. The resin bolt or nut to be locked with the washer 9 by a hand 18 with the working of an up and down cylinder 17 at P3 position is set up with the locking surface stacked. Then by the rotation of the turn table 11 which reaches to just under the press cylinder 13 (P3 position), a rod 14 descends and presses against both member. At this time the bolt or nut presses against the resin washer 9, whereby the washer 9 deflects downwardly at the center, and the convex portion 10 naturally fits into the groove portion of the resin nut.
