Abstract:
An installation for filling receptacles by weight, the installation comprising a platform having secured thereto at least one filler spout and a weighing device which is vertically below the filler spout and which comprises a receptacle support member associated with a weighing member. The installation is distinguished in that the weighing device includes a link member between the support member and the weighing member, the link member enabling the support member to be moved relative to the weighing member between a high position in which the filler spout is engaged in the receptacle, and a low position in which the filler spout is disengaged from the receptacle, and in that the weighing device includes a locking member for locking the link member with the support member in its high position.
Abstract:
The electromagnetic actuator comprises a coil, a magnetic actuator member mounted in the coil, at least one ring of magnetic material placed around the coil, and at least one permanent magnet adjacent to one end of the ring and disposed overlying a portion of the outside surface of the coil, the permanent magnet having a magnetic field that extends in an axial direction of the coil, the magnetic actuator member being slidably mounted in a non-magnetic guide member extending inside the coil, and the ring having an end opposite from the magnet which is spaced apart from the non-magnetic guide member by a non-magnetic gap.
Abstract:
A screw-tightening spindle comprising a drive sleeve associated with a chuck comprising a cylindrical support member fitted with moving jaws, the cylindrical support member being provided externally with at least one stud extending radially outwards, the sleeve including at least one slot having a first segment opening out in a free edge of the sleeve and a second segment having an end portion forming an angle relative to the sleeve suitable for retaining the stud in the end portion of the slot when the stud is engaged therein, the sleeve being fitted with a ring having at least one stop extending radially inwards and received in the slot, the ring being mounted on the sleeve to slide between a locking position in which the stop extends in the first segment of the slot in register with the second segment, and an unlocking position in which the stop is retracted into a third segment of the slot.
Abstract:
A filling spout having an adjustable flow rate and comprising a valve body receiving a valve member extending facing a valve seat, and a flow-rate adjustment member disposed upstream from the valve member and extending in register with a constriction in the valve body, the valve member and the flow-rate adjustment member being connected to a single actuator device via means allowing limited axial movement by enabling the adjustment member and the valve member to move axially relative to each other to a limited extent.
Abstract:
A method of controlling a screwing spindle comprising a fluid-fed motor and having a drive member connected to a spindle shaft to rotate it, the method comprising the step of feeding the screwing spindle under nominal conditions of pressure and flow rate that generate a required tightening torque, and a prior step during which the screwing spindle is fed under conditions that are weaker than the nominal conditions by a ratio that is sufficient to ensure that the spindle shaft has a speed of rotation that generates kinetic energy producing a torque that is less than the required tightening torque.
