Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus for obtaining the time-lag of photographing instruction timing according to a photographing state, and to provide its program. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a lagged-timing table for recording photographing scenes and lagged-timing information corresponding to the degree of a frame rate. The lagged-timing information corresponding to the photographing scene and the lagged-timing information, which are selected by a user, is obtained from the lagged-timing table. Frame image data, which are obtained at a timing when a shutter is fully depressed and at a timing decided based on the obtained lagged-timing information, are selected as the image for a perfect shot. The selected frame image data are displayed first as a recommendation image. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of power consumption and recording capacity limit in a mobile receiver such as a mobile terminal device, to transfer received and recorded program data to the mobile receiver without requiring switch operation and further, to comply with copy-once copyright protection. SOLUTION: A program recording apparatus receives, receives high image quality terrestrial digital broadcasting program data and low image quality terrestrial digital broadcasting program data which are transmitted for one program, records the high image quality program data and the low image quality program data. When a cellular phone device is connected, the recording apparatus automatically transfers the recorded low image quality program data to the cellular phone device and transmits, to the portable cellular phone device, management information of the reproduction end and deletion of the first program data of the program same as that of the transferred second program data. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a broadcast reception system capable of selecting only a program having at least a fixed program rating for viewing or recording. SOLUTION: A program information providing device 30 divides an EPG for guiding a program into each genre, stores the EPG for each genre to which a viewing/recording count value obtained by counting the number of viewing/recording times is added for each program, and sends the corresponding EPG for each genre when a broadcast receiver 20 requests the EPG for each genre of a designated genre. The receiver 20 returns the EPG for each genre having the viewing/recording count value obtained by counting the number of viewing/recording times to the device 30 by utilizing the acquired EPG for each genre. The device 30 totals the viewing/recording count value that the EPG for each genre returned from the receiver 20 has for each program for composing the EPG for each genre for generating the program rating of each program, and registers only the program in which the generated program rating is larger than a prescribed value at the EPG for each genre. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize communication terminal equipment capable of parallel processing the communication processing and broadcast reception processings. SOLUTION: When an incoming call is received during operation of a TV part 20, a control part 12 changes the TV part 20 from a normal broadcast receiving form to a meta-data broadcast receiving form for performing a meta-data output and sound mute and makes a portable telephone part 10 call-processes communication, with the power consumption of the TV part 20 reduced. Consequently, it is possible, for example, to receive meta-data professional baseball relay broadcasting and to have a telephone conversation about game contents with the opposite communication party. In addition, when there is an incoming mail during operation of the TV part 20, the control part 12 changes the TV part 20, from the normal broadcast receiving form to the meta-data output broadcast receiving form for outputting meta-data, and displays meta-data broadcast reception contents at the upper half of the display area of a display part 18 and an incoming mail text at the lower half of the screen. Consequently, the user can confirm incoming mail contents, while viewing the meta-data broadcast reception content. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for always comfortably distributing contents data by avoiding access-congestion (concentration) to the contents data. SOLUTION: When the user of a terminal device 103 connected through a communication network 101 requests access to music data being contents, a web server 111 of a contents distribution system 101 sets an access time for allowing the access and transmits to the terminal device 103 the URL of a music reproduction screen accessible to the music data, an ID needed to access the screen and a notification picture for notifying a password. This avoids access-concentration to the music data excessively. The web server receives a request for returning the purchased music data from the terminal device 103, returns a portion of the purchase price and erases the purchased music data from the terminal device 103. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an instruction for imaging at user's intended shutter timing for recording though without a special device for instructing shutter timing.SOLUTION: A display control part 71 causes a display part 21 to display an indication superposed image obtained by superposing an imaged image of a subject successively imaged by an imaging part 22 and an indication indicating a recording instruction. A superposition determination part 72 determines whether a part of a subject superposes the indication superposed on the imaged image. A recording control part 74 causes a removable media 52 to record data of the imaged image of the subject imaged by the imaging part 22 when the superposition determination part 72 determines that a part of the subject superposes the indication and countdown by a countdown part 73 terminates.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is such a case that it is not possible to obtain any proper exposure when continuous shooting photographing is carried out with a continuous shooting speed set according to the operation of a user. SOLUTION: An exposure value calculation part 71 calculates an exposure value from image data obtained by photographing. A shutter speed computing part 75 computers a shutter speed for obtaining proper exposure by mean of, for example, program AE control in accordance with the calculated exposure value. A continuous shooting speed determination part 74 determines, in accordance with the computed shutter speed, a continuous shooting speed indicative of the number of times of photographing per unit time. A driving control part 77 drives an image pickup section to carry out continuous shooting with the determined continuous shooting speed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an imaging apparatus which can record the image of shutter chance without being forced to perform complicated work after photography recording, and to obtain its program. SOLUTION: When a shutter button is half pushed, continuous shooting pick-up processing is started (S10), and image data thus picked up are stored sequentially in a buffer memory (S11). A processing for reading out the image data stored in the buffer memory at a set slow display speed and displaying it in the display region of an image display section 15 is started (S12), and a processing for reading out the image data stored in the buffer memory in real time and displaying it in the display region B of the image display section 15 is also started (S13). Once the shutter button is fully pushed, the image data slow-displayed in the display region A when fully pushing the shutter button are recorded in a flash memory 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize the portions of an object having a movement while clarifying the time series of movement. SOLUTION: A slit frame is displayed on a display and then a through image is displayed (step S105). When a shutter key is pushed fully, the control goes to step S109 where a partial image is formed by clipping the slit frame image, and the partial image clipped at step S109 is displayed in the slit frame (step S110). A decision is then made whether it is the last slit frame (step S111) and processing from step S108 is repeated until the last slit frame. Upon ending storage of the partial images P1-P5 in a DRAM 10, decision results at step S111 become YES. Consequently, the control goes from the step S111 to step S113 where image synthesis of the partial images P1-P5 is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up an image that a face in an appropriate state corresponding to a photographic scene is brought into focus. SOLUTION: A focus lens is driven from an infinity position toward a close-range position (step S504) so as to decide whether or not the image in an area where a peak value is obtained during the driving is a face image (step 506). When it is the face image, the state is decided (step S507), and priority is determined (step S507). AF is performed to a face detection area to which the highest priority is given (step S518), and photographic processing is performed (step S519). Then, AF is performed to a face detection area to which the next highest priority is given (step S524) until the number of photographed sheets C attains the number N of the face images, and processing from the step S519 is repeated.
