PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a broadcasting receiver capable of automatically setting a channel on the basis of preregistered date and hour and move destination. SOLUTION: A channel table chtbl provided with channel data ch representing reception channels capable of broadcast reception and the names of broadcasting stations is stored in a ROM 11 for each different area id. When schedule data schedule (n) including the present date and hour in a schedule is registered in a RAM 12, whether area ID data area_id of the schedule data schedule (n) coincides with the currently selected area ID data cur_area_id is judged, and in the case of their incoincidence, channel data ch of channel table chtbl (area_id) corresponding to the area ID data area_id is read from the ROM 11 and set in a broadcast receiving part 15. SOLUTION: A television 1 records program data (video/audio data) of a digital television broadcast in a video/audio storage part 19 and also records meta-data (program-related data) related to program data in a meta-data storage part 13. The meta-data recorded in the meta-data storage part 13 are transmitted from a data transmission/reception part 14 to a remote controller 2. Once the meta-data selected by a user operation are received from the remote controller 2, the program data recorded in the video/audio data storage part 19 are reproduced and outputted from the reproduction position corresponding to the meta-data. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To broadcast programs from which CM (commercial) broadcasts are excluded, in response to a user's demand. SOLUTION: Decoding key information, used for decoding a broadcast signal of a program broadcast encoded by scramble processing, is transmitted from a digital broadcast transmission device 10 via the Internet E to a digital broadcast receiving device 50 of a user who has preliminarily registered and joined a CM (commercial)-excluding broadcast service. At the digital broadcast transmission device 10, a CM (commercial) broadcast and an encoded program broadcast are multi-formed and broadcasted at the time zone of the CM (commercial) broadcast, at the broadcast signal transmission. When the digital broadcast receiving device 50 reaches the time zone of the CM (commercial) broadcast, and the decoding key information is stored, the broadcast signal of the program broadcast, encoded by the scramble processing, is decoded by using the decoding key, and the reproduction of the program broadcast decoded is performed; whereas when the decoded key information has not been stored, reproduction of the CM (commercial) broadcast is carried out. SOLUTION: In a TV main body part 10, data of multimedia information including EPG information is stored in a memory when the multimedia information is acquired from a broadcast signal. When URL information is acquired from the broadcast signal, a web site designated by a pertinent URL is accessed through a network communication part to acquire a web page, and data of the web page is stored in the memory. Furthermore, a mail server is accessed at fixed intervals to confirm new arrival mails, and a new arrival mail is acquired through the network communication part when found out, and data of the new arrival mail is stored in the memory. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 of portable communication terminal equipment 1 converts sound data into text data and converts text data based on an item in a sound data input processing. When it cannot be converted, it is stored in a RAM 15 as temporary registration data. A dictionary to be used is changed and temporary registration data is converted into KANJI (Chinese character) in a dictionary change processing. In a key input data registration processing, text data which is not registered in an item dictionary 1c is stored in the RAM 15 as unregistered data. In a synchronous registration processing, temporarily registered data and unregistered data are outputted to a PC2, and KANJI data acquired from the PC2 is registered in the item dictionary 1c. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus for obtaining the time-lag of photographing instruction timing according to a photographing state, and to provide its program. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a lagged-timing table for recording photographing scenes and lagged-timing information corresponding to the degree of a frame rate. The lagged-timing information corresponding to the photographing scene and the lagged-timing information, which are selected by a user, is obtained from the lagged-timing table. Frame image data, which are obtained at a timing when a shutter is fully depressed and at a timing decided based on the obtained lagged-timing information, are selected as the image for a perfect shot. SOLUTION: When an incoming call is received during operation of a TV part 20, a control part 12 changes the TV part 20 from a normal broadcast receiving form to a meta-data broadcast receiving form for performing a meta-data output and sound mute and makes a portable telephone part 10 call-processes communication, with the power consumption of the TV part 20 reduced. Consequently, it is possible, for example, to receive meta-data professional baseball relay broadcasting and to have a telephone conversation about game contents with the opposite communication party. In addition, when there is an incoming mail during operation of the TV part 20, the control part 12 changes the TV part 20, from the normal broadcast receiving form to the meta-data output broadcast receiving form for outputting meta-data, and displays meta-data broadcast reception contents at the upper half of the display area of a display part 18 and an incoming mail text at the lower half of the screen.
