    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to effect a rising step of a tank mounted on a vehicle simultaneously with a step wherein the tank is moved to the rear of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of rotatable supporting points 10 are provided on both longitudinai sides or on the underside of a tank mounted on vehicle and links 8, 9 are supported by the supporting points 10 and a plurality of supporting points 11 provided on the frame of the vehicle. The link 8, 9 have the same length to form a parallelly shaped link mechanism 2 so that the tank 5 can be lifted in parallel with the vehicle 6 and also can be slid to the rear of the vehicle 6 by the mechanism 2. And the length of the links 8, 9 on the side of an operation seat of the vehicle is made longer than that on the rear side of the car so that the tank can be lifted obliquely with respect to the vehicle and also can be slid to the rear of the vehicle.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance dynamic pressure generating groove forming accuracy by coating a base material of a dynamic pressure bearing made of ceramics with resin or oil capable of absorbing a YAGQ switch pulse laser beam, radiating the YAGQ laser beam so as to form a recess portion formed into a predetermined shape, and removing the residual coating film. CONSTITUTION:A coating film 14 made of resin or oil, e.g. dimethyl silicone oil colored into blue capable of efficiently absorbing a YAGQ switch pulse laser beam is formed on a base material 10 of a dynamic pressure bearing made of ceramics. The YAGQ switch pulse laser beam is radiated onto the base material 10 made of ceramics along a trace 11 so that a recess portion 15 such as dynamic pressure generating groove or the like of a slide bearing is formed on the base material 10. After forming the recess portion 15, the residual coating film 14 is removed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent any suction of a foreign matter having a large particle diameter incapable of passing through the inside of a pump by forming a pump suction nozzle into a straight tube shape, and forming a cylindrical recess having a clearance of almost the same length as an inner diameter of the suction nozzle on a tank floor surface in the outer peripheral portion of the suction nozzle. CONSTITUTION:In a submerged pump 10 driven by an electric motor disposed in a sewage transportation pump unit, a straight tube type suction nozzle 11 is attached to a suction port. A discharge port of the pump is detachably disposed in a discharge base portion 15 provided in a bottom portion of a tank main body 2. The pump suction nozzle 11 is formed from a tip end portion 11b to a pump main body connecting portion 11c in a straight tube shape having the same inner diameter (d) as a diameter of particles capable of passing through the pump. Almost the same clearance (d) as the diameter of particles capable of passing through the pump is provided between the outer peripheral portion of the suction nozzle 11 and the inner diameter portion of a recess 13 formed on a floor surface of a water receiving tank 2 with the suction nozzle 11 inserted therethrough. A length (depth) of the suction nozzle 11 inserted into the groove 13 is formed in the same length as the inner diameter (d) of the suction nozzle or in such a length as not to be smaller than the inner diameter (d).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve performance of high speed rotation and to reduce vibration during rotation by using hydrodynamic bearings. CONSTITUTION:When current flows in stator-coils 5, a rotor 6 to which rotor- magnet 8 are secured, the motor starts rotation, and a hydrodynamic pressure is generated between a fixing member 9a and a moving member 9b constituting a thrust bearing 9, and a hydrodynamic thrust bearing is formed. A hydrodynamic pressure is also generated between a fixing member 4a and a moving member 4b constituting a radial bearing 4, and a hydrodynamic radial bearing is formed. For this reason, bearings are constituted without direct contact between the moving member 4b and the fixing member 4a of the radial bearing 4 and between the fixing member 9a and the moving member 9b of the thrust bearing 9, and this can cope with smooth and high speed rotation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily perform work of loading and unloading a load in a narrow place, by mounting a plurality of load supporting metal fixtures and at least four or more outriggers, equipped with a lift mechanism lifting a frame structure, being able to extend and contract in the lateral direction to the frame structure which internally supports the load. CONSTITUTION:A squared cylindrical frame structure 1, which opens its upper and bottom, provides each side wall 3 to be opposed, and the frame structure 1 is equipped outside each side wall 3 with an outrigger 4 being able to extend and contract in the lateral direction. While a loading and unloading device is constituted providing a suitable number of load supporting metal fixtures 6, which support a load 9 being ale to perform its mounting and removal, inside the frame structure 1. The loading and unloading device such as in the above supports the load 9 to be mounted onto a bed 8 of a truck 7. When this load 9 is transported to a destination site and unloaded, the device first actuates a group of the outriggers 4 and pulls out a group of jack cylinders 41 to the outer in the lateral direction thereafter moves the jack cylinder to be extended to the bottom and grounded. In this way, weight of the load 9 is supported only by the group of the outriggers 4, and the device, moving the truck 7 under this condition, mounts the load 9 to be loaded on a mounting bed placed in lieu of the truck 7.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of cleaning by a method wherein a temporary floor is installed onto the top face of an obstruction just under a manhole, a lifting box is mounted through a gangplank and a cleaning robot is lowered onto the tempo rary floor from the manhole, moved laterally and brought down up to the base of a water storage tank by the lifting box. CONSTITUTION:When an obstruction such as a protective frame is positioned just under a manhole 2 and a robot 11 for cleaning a base cannot be lowered up to the base, the robot 11 for cleaning the base of a water tank is brought down and placed onto a temporary floor 10, and the robot 11 is self-advanced and introduced into a lifting box 9. A wing bolt 17 is removed and a gangplank 12 and the lifting box 9 positioned onto the temporary floor 10 are detached, a winch 5 is rotated in the direction of rewinding of a rope 6, and the rope 6 is delivered and the lifting box 9 is lowered up to the base of a water storage tank 1. The robot 11 is self-advanced after the lifting box 9 completely reaches the base, and discharged onto the base of the water storage tank from the lifting box 9. The which 5 is turned in the direction of winding of the rope 6, and the emptied lifting box 9 is lifted up upward and the base of the water storage tank 1 is cleaned by the robot 11.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance groove forming accuracy by radiating a YAGQ switch pulse laser beam along a dynamic pressure generating groove outline of a base material of a dynamic pressure bearing made of ceramics so as to form the groove outline portion, and radiating the laser beam onto the inside of the outline portion. CONSTITUTION:A YAGQ switch pulse laser beam is radiated onto a portion corresponding to an outline portion of a dynamic pressure generating groove 10a formed on a machining surface of a base material 10. After forming the outline portion of a groove 10b, the YAGQ switch pulse laser beam is radiated onto the inside of the outline portion, thus forming the groove 10a. With this constitution, the outline of the groove 10a is removed in the same manner that when one line is formed by one scanning. Therefore, the outline can be connected by a straight or curved line without any accumulation portion, resulting in accurate groove formation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To diminish the starting torque of a dynamic pressure thrust bearing by controlling a repulsive force or an attracting force working between an electromagnet and a permanent magnet, and by setting a thrust load regulator for regulating a load applied to the thrust bearing. CONSTITUTION:A spindle motor is provided with an electromagnet 42 sat on a motor fixing section 1, and a permanent magnet 43 confronted with the electromagnet 42 and set on a motor rotating section 6. Then, current fed to the electromagnet 42 is controlled, and a repulsive force or an attracting force working between the electromagnet 42 and the permanent magnet 43 is controlled, and a thrust load regulator 41 for regulating a thrust load applied to a thrust bearing is set. Then, between the permanent magnet 43 and the electromagnet 42, the attracting force or a repulsive force is worked, and by setting the polarity of the electromagnet in the direction for reducing the thrust load at the time of starting a driving motor 5, the thrust load at the time of starting is reduced. Accordingly, the thrust bearing of a large load capacity can be used, and bearing rigidity can be increased, and so stable operation can be performed.
