Abstract: A process for fabricating an organic light-emitting device ("OLED") (100). The process includes an innovative method for removing moisture from an OLED structure through the introduction of a reactive gas. The method includes the steps of: separating the OLED upper and lower plates (101, 104); introducing a gas between the plates to react with moisture; and sealing the plates together.
