Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the signal-to-noise ratio of a scanning picture signal and to enable a vivid picture display by installing a means for integrating odd(even) scanning picture signals written in a first, second and third storage parts and a signal written before one frame in the input ends of the respective storage parts. CONSTITUTION:An addition circuit 11 adds a write scanning picture signal A (input signal one pixel information) to the scanning picture signal B (one pixel information for an integration) before one frame which is fetched with a switch S6 a short time before and stored for a while. A division circuit 12 divides an additional scanning picture signal (A+B) into a half. In this case, the signal levels of the scanning picture signals are correlative and a simple addition is executed to them but the noises included in the scanning picture signals A and B are hardly correlative in amplitudes and phases, so that the levels are smaller than the simple addition and the S/N of the scanning picture signal after the addition can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To use effectively the memory space of a storage part and to reduce the number of storage parts by providing three storage parts and designating two storage parts other than the storage part of the order which is designated for the purpose of writing the picture element of an odd or even scanning field, to read data for picture display. CONSTITUTION:The first storage part 6 as a field memory, the second storage part 7 and the third storage part 8 are provided and the operations of individual storage parts are switched successively circularly so that two storage parts other than the write executing storage part are set to the read mode in accordance with write and read procedures. That is, switches S7-S8 which control the write, a write control means consisting of a write control part 12, switches S9-S11, and a read control means consisting of a read control part 13 are provided. Scanning picture elements are read out twice for one write to double the number of scanning lines and picture display in the TV system is made possible thereby, and the write and read of the field memory are continued successively circularly at the intervals of the write time (1/60sec) of one field to use effectively the memory space and the control is simplified.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress explosive emission of radio waves while generating a feinting effect efficiently by using a simple architecture to control the timing of forming a loop and of emitting a response radio wave according to the intensity of a received wave and the change thereof with time. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator 200 is made up of an intensity detecting means 201, a timer means 202 to judge the drift of intensity with time, means 203 to judge emission of response radio waves and a command means 204 which generates a pulse upon receiving of the results of judgment with the means 203. First, an output of a radio wave responder 100 is inputted into the pulse generator 200 and detected to be amplified with a log amplifier 23. Received signal outputted from the amplifier 23 is inputted into comparators 24 and 25 composing the intensity detecting means 201. A reference value E of the comparator 24 corresponds to a case where reception level is relatively low and no malfunction caused by noise or the like. A reference value E of the comparator 25 is set at a standard value in a case where the intensity of the received signal is relatively high. An output of the comparator 24 is inputted into the judging means 203 through a timer 28 and an output of the comparator 25 is inputted thereinto through a timer 29.

Then the slave component parts having the master-slave relation to the designated parts 32 are retrieved in sequence with the master chart number OZU of the component parts used as a key. Thus the information 34 and 35 stored in the table 31 where each retrieved slave component parts is defined as a master component parts are integrated. In such a way, both information 34 and 35 including the production order, the production method, the work result manhour, etc., are integrated in terms of an entire device or an entire factory. Thus it is possible to realize the optimization covering the design through the production.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize the operation of a device even when disturbing infrared rays are generated and to remove error information, etc., by comparing outputs of infrared detecting elements which have different visual fields with each other and operating a switch circuit according to their difference signal. CONSTITUTION:A detecting element 1 at the focus of the center part of an optical system which catches intense light generates a larger output per unit area than any other detecting elements 2 at its periphery which have wider area during normal operation. At this time, a reverse bias potential is applied to prevent the switch circuit D from performing opening operation, and the output E1 of the system of the detecting element 1 is set much larger than the comparator input E3 of the system of the detecting element 2 all the time. In this case, the output E2 of the element 2 is an output E3 obtained by applying a DC reverse bias. Then, the switch 5 is inverted according to the difference output E1-E3 from a comparator C and circuits following a delay circuit T are so operated as to deal with a signal sudden change.
