PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sampling system and a blood sampling method for the purpose of a diagnosis for guaranteeing a piercing processing for reducing a pain for a patient by strongly and inexpensively realizing simple operation. SOLUTION: This system is constituted for performing the piercing process of a lancet by starting lowering motion by disconnecting a lancet holder placed on a seat surface in a casing from the seat surface by converting linear motion of an operation unit into rotary motion by an operation mechanism for driving the lancet in a piercing assisting tool. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation and analysis device for a body fluid sample, improved in simple use, minimum pain, capacity, weight and manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A device 11 includes: an enclosure 13; and a puncture driving part 14 for driving a puncture element 12 connected thereto in the puncture operation. A pressure ring 1 is adapted to enclose a skin contact opening and press the skin so that the skin 3 is bulged in an opening for accelerating squeezing of a body fluid. The skin contact opening has an opening area coinciding with a circle having a diameter at least 3 mm and 8 mm at maximum, and the device includes a pressing force control device 37 for controlling the pressing force between the pressure ring 1 and the skin 3 in inducing puncture operation to at least 3 N and 8 N at maximum.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lancet device in a cost-effective fashion, which is small in size and designed to carry out a puncture performance so as to soothe the puncture pain at sufficiently high speed; to minimize the generation of noise and impact in puncturing; and to reduce as much as possible what a user has to do before use such as energizing a drive spring. SOLUTION: A lancet is designed to vibrate and move freely up to the reverse position in the puncturing direction, so that the depth of a puncture wound to be caused by the lancet, which is supposed to be within a range set by a control unit, can not be affected by the restriction of a mechanical stopper. SOLUTION: A lancet device for generating a puncture wound in a skin surface, comprises a housing, in which a lancet can be moved on a puncturing path, a lancet drive with a drive rotor that can be driven by a drive spring, a lancet coupling mechanism that transforms a rotational motion of the drive rotor into a puncturing and returning motion of the lancet during a working cycle of the lancet drive, a reference element that is mobile relative to the lancet and relative to the housing and is fixed in a defined position relative to the lancet drive during the puncturing and rests against the surface of the skin with a contact surface thereof such that a puncture wound with a reproducible puncturing depth is generated by the puncturing motion, and a reference element coupling mechanism that is coupled to the lancet drive in order to move the reference element. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small, inexpensive, and thinnest blood collecting system which gives the least pain, and is easily operated and assembled. SOLUTION: The system includes: a lancet 3; a housing 6; a lancet guide 10; and a lancet driving body 12. The end of a driving spring 22 at the opposite side of a driving rotor 24 is connected to a rotatable and mobile tension element 33. While suppressing the rotation of the driving rotor 24 in order to tense the driving spring 22, the tension element 33 is rotated in a rotary direction R being the same as that of the driving rotor 24 in a driving stage. The tension element 33 is locked not to be reversely rotated during the driving stage.
