Abstract: A method of establishing a trustworthiness level of a participant in a communication connection between a first communication partner and a second communication partner is proposed whereby the communication behavior is adapted to the established trustworthiness level. The participant is equipped with a trustworthiness certificate and a therefrom separated securely stored participant private key. The first communication partner receives the trustworthiness certificate from the participant wherefrom the trustworthiness level is derived and established. The first communication partner tests whether the trustworthiness certificate belongs to the participant by using the participant private key. In case the trustworthiness certificate is confirmed by the test to belong to the participant, the first communication partner communicates the established trustworthiness level to the second communication partner. Then, at least one parameter of the communication behavior is chosen in dependence of the established trustworthiness level.

Abstract: Un método para transmitir datos de información (9) desde un emisor (1) a un receptor (3) a través de un transcodificador (2), incluyendo dichos datos de información (9) datos de información confidencial (16) y datos de información no confidencial (15), caracterizado porque dichos datos de información confidencial (16) se encriptan para formar datos de información confidencial encriptados (14), que junto con dichos datos de información no confidencial (15) forman los datos de información parcialmente encriptados (14, 15), y porque una información de seguridad (12) y una información de tipo de transcodificación (13) se envía junto con dichos datos de información parcialmente encriptados (14, 15) a dicho transcodificador (2), siendo dicha información de seguridad (12) e información de tipo de transcodificación (13) utilizables por dicho transcodificador (2) en un paso de transcodificación, por el cual los datos de información confidencial encriptados (14) se transcodifican sin utilizar su contenido mientras que los datos de información no confidencial (15) se transcodifican, teniendo acceso a su contenido, decidiendo dicho transcodificador (2) en dicho paso de transcodificación qué parte de dichos datos de información parcialmente encriptados (14, 15) se debe transmitir a dicho receptor (3) y/o alterar antes de ser transmitida.
