The present invention is based on the use of a two-step hydrocracking process for the production of naphtha, comprising a step of hydrogenation placed upstream of the second hydrocracking step, the hydrogenation step treating the unconverted liquid fraction separated in the distillation step in the presence of a specific hydrogenation catalyst. Furthermore, the hydrogenation step and a second hydrocracking step are carried out under specific operating conditions and in particular under temperature conditions that are very specific with respect to one another.

The invention relates to a catalyst comprising at least one metal selected from the group formed by metals of group VIB and of group VIII of the periodic table, used alone or as a mixture, and a support comprising at least one zeolite NU-86, at least one zeolite Y and at least one porous mineral matrix containing at least aluminum and/or at least silicon. The invention also relates to a process for hydrocracking of hydrocarbon feeds employing said catalyst.

The present invention describes a hydrocracking and/or hydrotreatment process using a catalyst comprising an active phase containing at least one hydrogenating/dehydrogenating component selected from the group VIB elements and the non-precious elements of group VIII of the periodic table, used alone or in a mixture, and a support comprising at least one dealuminated zeolite Y having an overall initial atomic ratio of silicon to aluminum between 2.5 and 20, an initial weight fraction of extra-lattice aluminum atoms greater than 10%, relative to the total weight of aluminum present in the zeolite, an initial mesopore volume measured by nitrogen porosimetry greater than 0.07 ml·g−1 and an initial crystal lattice parameter a0 between 24.38 Å and 24.30 Å, said zeolite being modified by a) a stage of basic treatment comprising mixing said dealuminated zeolite Y with a basic aqueous solution, and at least one stage c) of thermal treatment.

The present invention describes a process for hydrocracking at least one hydrocarbon feed in which at least 50% by weight of the compounds have an initial boiling point of more than 300° C. and a final boiling point of less than 540° C. using at least one catalyst comprising at least one metal from group VIB and/or at least one metal from group VIII of the periodic classification of the elements and a support comprising at least one zeolite containing at least one series of channels the opening of which is defined by a ring containing 12 oxygen atoms (12MR), and at least one binder, said support being prepared from a highly dispersible alumina gel, said hydrocracking process being operated at a temperature in the range 200° C. to 480° C., at a total pressure in the range 1 MPa to 25 MPa, with a ratio of the volume of hydrogen to the volume of hydrocarbon feed in the range 80 to 5000 litres per litre and with an hourly space velocity (HSV), defined as the ratio of the volume flow rate of liquid hydrocarbon feed to the volume of catalyst charged into the reactor, in the range 0.1 to 50 h−1.

A process for isomerizing an aromatic cut containing at least one aromatic compound containing eight carbon atoms per molecule, which includes bringing the aromatic cut into contact with a catalyst containing a zeolite with structure type EUO, which catalyst has been prepared by obtaining a zeolite with structure type EUO having an overall Si/Al atomic ratio in the range 5 to 45, a sodium content in the range 500 to 5000 ppm by weight, with a Na/Al ratio in the range 5% to 20% by mole, and thereafter performing the following: i) preparing a support by shaping the zeolite with a matrix such that the zeolite content is in the range 8% to 15% by weight with respect to the support; ii) depositing at least one metal from group VIII of the periodic classification of the elements onto the support or onto the zeolite; wherein the catalyst contains a final sodium content of 75 to 600 ppm by weight.
