Abstract: Procedimiento para la realización de trabajos de mantenimiento e inspección en una instalación de ascensor que incluye una caja de ascensor (21) con puertas de caja (24) y una cabina de ascensor (1) con una puerta de cabina (26) que se puede desplazar dentro de la caja de ascensor, sirviendo un techo de cabina abatible (2) como plataforma de mantenimiento e incluyendo el procedimiento al menos los siguientes pasos: - la cabina de ascensor (1) se posiciona en una planta seleccionada y las puertas de cabina (26) y las puertas de caja (24) del piso elegido se abren; - un trabajador de mantenimiento baja el techo de cabina (2) mediante un dispositivo elevador hasta un nivel de trabajo situado por debajo de un dintel de puerta (25) de la cabina de ascensor (1); - el trabajador de mantenimiento sube con ayuda de un sistema de subida (22) desde el piso (23) de la planta elegida, a través de la puerta de caja (24) abierta y de la puerta de cabina (26) abierta, hasta el techo de cabina (2) bajado hasta el nivel de trabajo; y - el trabajador de mantenimiento situado sobre la cabina de ascensor (1) hace que ésta se desplace dentro de la caja de ascensor hasta las posiciones de mantenimiento; caracterizado porque el dispositivo de elevación con el que se baja o sube el techo de cabina abatible (2) incluye varios cables Bowden, siendo transmitida al techo de cabina (2) la fuerza necesaria para subir o sostener el techo de cabina (2) por un dispositivo de accionamiento (10.1, 10.2) del dispositivo de elevación mediante órganos de tracción (7) de los cables Bowden (6) a través de puntos de apoyo (9) de la cabina de ascensor (1).

Abstract: A load carrying and measuring apparatus for cable elevators includes a support construction attached to an underside of a base frame or a carrier frame for an elevator car and a pair of cable rollers attached below the support construction for engaging a support cable. A resilient element attaches at least one of the cable rollers to the support construction whereby the resilient element is deformed by load-dependent cable forces acting through the cable roller. A sensor detects the deformation of the resilient element and sends a signal to the elevator control. A resilient isolating element can be connected between the support construction the base frame or the carrier frame.
