Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of detecting a plurality of states as well as walking.SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes an acceleration measurement device 16, a sensor, and a controller 17. The acceleration measurement device 16 measures accelerations. The sensor is a microphone 14 or a sensor. The sensor measures changes in environment. The controller 17 determines any of a plurality of traveling states, on the basis of results of measurements of accelerations by the acceleration measurement device 16 and measurements by the sensor.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of detecting a plurality of states in addition to walking.SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 comprises a control section 17 which determines a first moving state, a second moving state, and a third moving state on the basis of acceleration. In the case where the second moving state or the third moving state is determined, if a state just before the determination of the second moving state or the third moving state is the first moving state, the control section 17 validates this determination. As one example, the first moving state is a state of walking, the second moving state is a state of moving by bicycle, and the third state is a state of moving by any other transportation machine than bicycle.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station capable of improving communication quality of a radio terminal which is in a long distance from the radio base station, and to provide a radio communication method.SOLUTION: A control part 13 receives random access (Random Access, or RA) from a radio terminal, and checks distance information stored in a storage part 12 to check whether or not the radio terminal is a long distance terminal when a radio resource occupancy is lower than a threshold α. When the radio terminal is the long distance terminal, the control part 13 refers to a radio resource weighting value β stored in the storage part 12, and transmits AA_Pending to the radio terminal when the weighting value β is larger than a threshold γ. The radio terminal transmits the RA again after a predetermined period of time. When the RA is received from the radio terminal after the predetermined period of time, the control part 13 specifies another radio terminal to transmit access assignment (Access Assignment, or AA) to the radio terminal. The radio terminal which receives the AA performs TCH communication in the specified radio resource (channel) and opens a stream.
