Disclosed are a display device and a method of setting group information by displaying additional information to be added to base information via first and second gesture inputs. The display device includes a display unit configured to display visual information, a sensor unit configured to detect an input signal and transmit a detected result to a processor, and the processor configured to control the display unit and the sensor unit. The processor is configured to display base information, detect a first gesture input to the displayed base information, determine an interval of additional information based on a position of the detected first gesture input, detect a second gesture input, determine the number of additional information based on a position of the detected second gesture input, and display at least one additional information according to the determined interval and the determined number of the additional information.

Discussed is a mobile device that displays an image in consideration of a relationship among a plurality of captured images in a window mode. The mobile device includes a storage unit configure to store an image, a display unit configured to display the image, a sensor unit configured to detect a touch input to the display unit, and a controller configured to display an image in any one selected from between a navigation mode to display a plurality of thumbnail images and a window mode to display at least one image selected from among the plurality of thumbnail image, wherein the controller captures a first image and a second image having an upper and lower position relationship or a left and right position relationship to the first image from a first source, and captures a third image from a second source.

Disclosed is a method of controlling a display device including displaying a digital image, detecting a first control input to rotate the digital image, generating a first tactile feedback in a first part of a touch region and a second tactile feedback in a second part of the touch region when rotation of the digital image begins, changing at least one of the first and second tactile feedbacks according to a first rate if a rotation angle of the digital image is a first angle, and changing at least one of the first and second tactile feedbacks according to a second rate if the rotation angle of the digital image is a second angle. The first rate and the second rate is a rate of the second tactile feedback in relation to the first tactile feedback, and the second rate is greater than the first rate.

A display device and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. The method includes providing a first tactile feedback to a first area of a display unit, the first tactile feedback corresponding to texture information of the first area, detecting one or more touch inputs applied to the first area, accumulating attribute information of the touch inputs applied to the first area and storing the accumulated attribute information, updating the texture information of the first area according to the accumulated attribute information, and providing a second tactile feedback corresponding to the updated texture information of the first area.

A method for controlling a head mounted display (HMD) includes detecting an external device, wherein the external device displays a content image, displaying a first type augmented reality image associated with the external device, displaying a second type augmented reality image associated with the content image displayed on the external device, changing a display position of the first type augmented reality image according to rotation of the external device, changing a display position of the second type augmented reality image according to rotation of the content image, and if the content image is not rotated, maintaining the display position of the second type augmented reality image even when the external device is rotated. If the external device is not rotated, the display position of the first type augmented reality image may be maintained even when the content image is rotated.

A method for controlling a head mount display (HMD) according to one embodiment comprises the steps of detecting a 3D printer as a first marker through a camera unit; displaying a first augmented reality image of a shape of a 3D object on the basis of the detected first marker before the 3D object is output by the 3D printer; detecting the 3D object, which is output from the 3D printer, as a second marker if the 3D printer starts to output the 3D object; updating the first augmented reality image to a second augmented reality image on the basis of the first marker and the second marker; and displaying the second augmented reality image.
