Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent food broth or the like from entering a sliding part and spur gears by a method wherein a driving gear, a turning gear, a gear shaft and spur gears are rotated under a rotation of a dial, a rack upper shelf is moved up and down and then the shelf can be moved up and down while being held horizontal and an opening of a frame is covered by a cover frame. CONSTITUTION:When a dial 6a is rotated, a dial shaft and a driving gear 8 are rotated. A turning gear 9 engaged with the driving gear 8 is rotated, spur gears 5 at both sides are rotated together with a gear shaft 4. Right and left spur gears 5 are fixed to a gear shaft 4 and rotated in the same manner to each other, so that a shelf 1 is moved up and down in the same manner at right and left sides and no positional displacements in right and left heights occurs. Since frames 2a and 2b cover the dial shaft 7, the driving gear 8, the turning gear 9 and the spur gears 5 with a cover frame 2f, there is no problem that each of the gears may not be moved due to entering of food broth or the like.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the drying of stored articles such as vegetables or the like as well as the rotting of the same due to dewing and keep a lower storage chamber at a predetermined temperature by a method wherein a large vessel is sealed at all times by a cover provided on a lid body and a small vessel having a multitude of penetrating holes and the like is provided while cold air is ventilated between a partitioning wall and a lid body through convection. CONSTITUTION:A small vessel 27 is supported in a lid body 32, covering a drawable large vessel 23 and having the shape of a box body, by rails 34a, provided on the lid body 32, so as to be drawable independently at the upper part of the opening surface of the large vessel 23 while the inside of the large vessel 23 is sealed tightly by a cover 38 supported at the end face of the rear part of the lid body 32 with a spring 30. An air passage, ventilating cold air actively through convection, is provided in a space between a partitioning wall 6, partitioning an upper storage chamber 8, and the lid body 32. Accordingly, the small vessel 27 is communicated with the large vessel 23 through penetrating holes 27b and bypass air passage and a temperature difference will never be generated between respective vessels whereby respective vessels may be kept at an uniform high humidity by the moisture permeating film 34 of the lid body 32 and moisture evaporated and dispersed from vegetables 37.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent water from entering from outside by lowering the outer-periphery wall lower edge of a control board accommodation box body than an outer box, and making higher an inner-periphery wall upper edge than the outer box and providing an air convection port between inner/outer-periphery walls and an air convection port also at a lid body opposite to it. CONSTITUTION: With a box body 27 for accommodating a control board 25, an outer- periphery wall lower edge 33a is lower than an outer box 21 and an inner-periphery wall upper edge 34b is higher than the outer box 21 while the box body 27 is fixed to the outer box 21 and an outer plate 23 via a guide 29. Also, an air convection port 35 is provided between an outer-periphery wall 33 and an inner-periphery wall 34 and at the same time an air convection port 38 is provided opposite to the convection port 35 also at a lid body 36 for blocking the box body 27. Therefore, heat generated from the control substrate 25 is circulated by convection with external air via convection ports 35 and 38 and water entering from the outside is dammed by an outer-periphery wall 33, the dammed water flows out of the gap between the lid body 36 and the outer box 21 and the convection port 38 of a lid body 36 and does not enter the control board 25. In this manner, with a simple structure, water intrusion can be prevented and also heat can be easily released from the control board.

CONSTITUTION: An electric motor 3 and a blade 14 are fixed to a partition plate A16. A one side of a wound pipe 15a located at a lower portion of a spiral condenser 15 is engaged with a supporter of a partitioner B19. In contrast, for an opposite side, the wound pipe 15a is fixed to the partitioner B19 through a holding tool 26. The partition plate A16 is fixed to the partitioner B19 with screws. The partitioner B19 is fixed to a compressor receiver bench 23. Since the blade 14 and the electric motor are mounted on the partitioner A16 and the condenser 15 is fixed to the partitioner B19, even through all of the blade 14, the electric motor 3, and the condenser 15 are not dismounted upon servicing, excellent servicing is ensured because the partitioners A16 and B19 are divided.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a door for refrigerator, inexpensive and prominent in designing property, by a method wherein a cover, constituted of a base, to which a base board arranged in a base board receiving unit is fixed, and a cover consisting of a foil inserted between resins and whose front side and rear side are indicated thereon, is attached employing a part of the base as a shaft. CONSTITUTION:Projections of both ends of a base cover 24 are inserted into the holes of a board base 15. The base cover 24 is provided with one part constitution produced by injection molding while inserting a foil 25, on which a message, such as letters, figure and the like, is indicated on the front and rear sides thereof, between a first resin 26 and a second resin 27. In the base cover 24, constituted in such a manner, the foil is inserted between the first resin 26 and the second resin 27 whereby the cover is prominent in designing property due to the thickness thereof. On the other hand, the cost of material is inexpensive because of one part constitution. One part of the base board base cover is constituted of a lense while the lense is provided with a recessed section and inclined surface whereby the light from a light-emitting diode is reflected along the slanted surface and the light of the light-emitting diode can be seen well even when the line of sight is high.

CONSTITUTION:A door 15 is constituted of a door front panel 19, a door rear panel 20, a decorative frame 23, attached to side surfaces between both panels 19, 20, and foamed heat insulating material 25, filled into a space between both panels 19, 20. The decorative frame 23 is provided with first and second flanges 23a, 23b at the side of a front surface and a multitude of ribs 23c are established from the second flange 23b toward the side of the first flange 23a while a gap between the rib 23c and the first flange 23a is formed so as to be a groove 23d for inserting the end of the door front panel 19. The ribs 23c are not connected to the first flange 23a of the decorative frame 23 and a gap between the first and second flanges 23a. 23b is formed so as to be 10mm or more whereby the manufacture of a mold is facilitated and fears of cavity, warping and the like upon injection molding can be eliminated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize an ice making performance without any disturbance in an ice making time and a degree of transparency by a method wherein an ice making exclusive corner is provided, banks having a thermal insulating layer are arranged at right, left and rear sides of a thermal insulating plate installed at a lower side of an ice making container and a warm air returning passage is formed at a lower part of thermal insulating material of the thermal insulating plate. CONSTITUTION:A thermal insulating plate is formed with a thermal insulating material 4b stored at an upper plate. A bank 4c is arranged at its upper surface. Warm air passes through a suction port 4d and a return air passage 4d and is fed to a cooling device. A partition wall 5 of linear line is formed while bottom surfaces 7 and 9 of an upper pan 2 and a lower pan 3 being deformed on the linear line. After feeding water into an ice making container 1, the ice making container 1 is set in an ice making corner 12. As a result, a flange 3a of the lower pan, a cold air shielding plate 3b and a bank 4c of the thermal insulating plate 4 are abutted to each other to enable the cold air to be prevented from being fed into the lower part of the ice making container 1 and at the same time a thermal insulated air layer 11 can be formed. Ice making after this operation is carried out such that the cold air is supplied through the ice making cold air discharging port 16 and this is gradually progressed from the upper surface of the ice making container 1.
