Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent the cooling of the vegetable chamber from being affected by the storage of food in the refrigerator chamber or the opening/closing of the door by communicating a passage to feed cold air to the freezer chamber to the vegetable chamber. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating box body 1 comprises an external box 2, internal box 3 and heat insulating material 4 which is filled between both boxes, and is partitioned into a refrigerator chamber 6, freezer chamber 7 and vegetable chamber 8 from the top by partition walls 5. Cold air which is generated by a condenser 9 being placed on the back surface of the freezer chamber 7 is circulated to respective chambers by an air blowing device 10. To the freezer chamber 7, the cold air is fed to an air passage 12 which is constituted of a condenser cover 11, and the cold air is sent out from a discharging hole 13. The air passage 12 communicates with the vegetable chamber 8, and feeds the cold air. Also, on the partition wall 5 which partitions freezer chamber 7 and vegetable chamber 8, a damper device 14 which detects the temperature of the vegetable chamber 8 and opens/closes the air passage 12 is provided. By such a constitution, the cold air can be directly fed to the vegetable chamber 8 from the air passage 12 without circulating other chambers. Also, by providing the damper chamber 14, the feeding of the cold air to the vegetable chamber 8 is independently performed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive the reduction of the cost of material and labor by a constitution wherein a door for a refrigerator is constituted of a door front panel, having square shape and two sides thereof are bended, a decorative frame, having grooves for inserting remaining two sides of the door front panel, foamed heat insulating material, provided in a space between the door front panel and the decorative frame, and a door rear panel for covering the foamed heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A door 15 is constituted of a door front panel 19, a door rear panel 20, a decorative frame 23, attached to side surfaces between both panels 19, 20, and foamed heat insulating material 25, filled into a space between both panels 19, 20. The decorative frame 23 is provided with first and second flanges 23a, 23b at the side of a front surface and a multitude of ribs 23c are established from the second flange 23b toward the side of the first flange 23a while a gap between the rib 23c and the first flange 23a is formed so as to be a groove 23d for inserting the end of the door front panel 19. The ribs 23c are not connected to the first flange 23a of the decorative frame 23 and a gap between the first and second flanges 23a. 23b is formed so as to be 10mm or more whereby the manufacture of a mold is facilitated and fears of cavity, warping and the like upon injection molding can be eliminated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the invasion of foreign matters into rails and eliminate the hindering of discharging of cold air upon the up-and-down movement of a rack by a method wherein the rack and frames are permitted to move up-and- down while being kept horizontally by spur gears, rotated and moved up-and- down simultaneously on the left and right racks, while the height of the flange of the rack put on frames is designed so as to be high near the rails and low near the front surface of a cold air discharging port for a control panel. CONSTITUTION:Spur gears 5, provided at left and right ends are rotated simultaneously by a driving device 6 arranged on a frame 2 whereby a rack 14b can be moved up-and-down. The adhesion of foreign matters to rails 14 is eliminated under usual use by an outer peripheral flange 1a of a rack in a refrigerator, which is put on the frame 2. The height of the control panel 15 of the outer peripheral flange of the rack in the refrigerator is designed so as to be low at a place near the front surface of the cold air discharging port of the same whereby problems of blockading the cold air discharging port and bringing a trouble in performance or the like can be prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an electric shock when a straight tube lamp brightly illuminating the inside of a refrigerator is removed by arranging switches to stop the feed of electricity to sockets when a protective cover is drifted from the position where an illumination lamp is covered. CONSTITUTION:When a refrigeration chamber door 8 is opened, a protective cover 11 is arranged at the preset position to cover an illumination lamp 7, the projection of the cover 11 presses switches 14a, 14b, electricity is fed to sockets l3a, l3b, and the lamp 7 is lighted. When the cover 11 is drifted from the preset position where the lamp 7 is covered, the projection of the cover 11 does not press the switches 14a, 14b, the feed of electricity to the sockets 13a, 13b is stopped, and the lamp 7 is turned off. When the lamp 7 such as a straight tube lamp is used, the inside of a refrigerator can be brightly illuminated. When the switches 14a, 14b are arranged to stop the feed of electricity to the sockets 13a, 13b when the cover 11 is drifted from the preset position, such problem as an electric shock when the lamp 7 is used can be prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an inclination of right and left side of the shelf member and enable the shelf to be moved with a low force by a method wherein a driving ear, a rotating gear, a sliding groove for slidably holding a sliding member and holding it and a rack engaged with a spur gear formed in a right and left deep direction in a refrigerator adjacent to the sliding groove are arranged. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is formed such that a spur gear 5, a driving gear 8 and a rotating gear 9 are covered from above and below from within the refrigerator. When a shelf 1 is moved up or down, at first a dial 6 is rotated to cause a dial shaft 7 and the driving gear 8 to be rotated. Thus, the rotating gear 9 engaged with the driving gear 8 is rotated and then a gear shaft 4 and both side spur gear 5 are rotated. At this time, the spur gears 5 are moved while being engaged with the rack 14b through the gear shaft 4. Since the right and left spur gears 5 are fixed to the gear shaft 4 and rotated in the same direction, it is moved up and down at the right and left sides of the frame 2, i.e., the shelf 1 and no displacement of the right and left heights is produced. Under a state in which the shelf 1 is stopped, the driving gear 8 and the rotating gear 9 may form a stopping mechanism and even if foods are placed on the shelf 1, the shelf, may not be lowered.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To absorb unevenness in assembly of right and left frames and prevent any excessive engagement between a rack and a spur gear by a method wherein an intermediate frame for connecting the right frame and the left frame is made of material which is more soft than that of the right and left frames. CONSTITUTION:When a shelf 1 of a shelf device is moved up and down, a dial 6 is rotated to cause a dial shaft 7 and a driving gear 8 to be rotated. A rotating gear 9 engaged with the driving gear 8 is rotated and spur gears 5 at both sides are rotated together with a gear shaft 4. Spur gears 5 are moved in a sliding groove 14a through the gear shaft 4 while engaging with a front side rack 14b, a frame 2, i.e. the shelf 1 is moved up and down in the same manner as that of the right and left sides, resulting in that no positional displace ment of right and left heights occurs. The frame 2 is connected to a left frame 2a, a right frame 2b is connected to an intermediate frame 2c. The intermediate frame is made of material which is more soft than that of the right and left frames 2b and 2a so as to absorb unevenness in assembly of the right and left frames 2b and 2a and thus it is possible to prevent any excessive engage ment between the rack 14b and spur gears 5.

CONSTITUTION:A small vessel 27 is supported in a lid body 32, having the shape of a box body substantially and covering a drawable large vessel 23, by rails 34a provided on the lid body 32 so as to be drawable independently at the upper part of the opening surface of the large vessel 23 while the inside of the large vessel 23 is sealed tightly by seal members 38, 39 provided on the peripheral rim of the end of the lid body 32. An air passage 35 for ventilating cold air actively through convection, is provided in a space between the upper surface of the lid body 32 and a partitioning wall 6, holding moisture permeating films 34 on the side surfaces thereof and partitioning an upper storage chamber 8 and the space. Accordingly, the inside of the large vessel is sealed by the lid body while interposing the small vessel while the inside of the large vessel and the small vessel is kept in the same sealed condition by penetrating holes provided on the small vessel.

In addition, a hook 18 to put the lead wires 10 in order is provided on the storage plate 13, and the storage plate 13 is positioned on the bottom surface of the storage box 3. Also, the storage plate 13 is formed into an approx. staircase shape, and a structure to hold the connecting terminal 9 is provided on respective horizontal surface parts of the storage plate 13.
