    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a discharge pipe from receiving large repeated stress by providing a coil spring between a compressor unit and a closed container so that a center line runs approximately in parallel in the direction of large vibration proper to the compressor unit. CONSTITUTION:When a crank shaft 11 is rotated by a motor part 6, a piston 10 connected to a crank eccentric part 11a through a connecting rod 12, is reciprocated in a cylinder 9, and a refrigerant is compressed. A coil spring 22 is provided between a compressor unit 16 and a closed container 4 so that the center line runs approximetry in parallel to the perpendicular line in the direction where the resultant force of the reciprocating inertia force of the piston 10, the reciprocating inertia force as well as the centrifugal force of the connecting rod 12, the centrifugal force of the crank eccentric part 11a, and the centrifugal force of a balance weight 23, becomes of minimum level while a crank is rotated once. Application of large repeated stress to a discharge pipe 19 is thus prevented, while break loss of the discharge pipe 19 due to metallic fatigue is also prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to separate an air flow which cools a condenser and a compressor and hence carry out more efficient cooling by dividing a machine chamber whose ceiling side is slanted upward on the rear side into two sections or the front side and the rear side by means of a specific partitioning wall, and installing a condenser and a first ventilation port on the front side, and a compressor and a second ventilation port and a third ventilation port on the rear side. CONSTITUTION:When a compressor 8 is operated to carry out cooling operation, the heat of operation is generated in the compressor 8 and a condenser 11. When the condenser 11 generates heat, an air flow A, which blows out from a ventilation port 17 on the side of the condenser to a ventilation port 19 for a cover section, is formed in a machine chamber 4. When the compressor 8 generates heat, an air flow B, which blows out from a ventilation port 18 for a base section to the ventilation port 19, is arranged to flow when the hot air flow A is discharged from the machine chamber 4 by a partitioning wall 13 while the compressor 8 is cooled by the less hot air flow B. Moreover, the partitioning wall 13 is positioned behind the start section 7 of the slanting side 6 of the ceiling side 5, and provides a rise section 14a. This construction makes it possible to promote the air flow A by tunnel effect where the slanting section 6 is placed near a slanting section 14b on the whole at a proper span and hence enhance the cooling performance of the condenser 11.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize the natural vibration of a dynamic absorber by fixing a dynamic vibration absorber composed of a coupling part, an inertia body and a fixture so that the end faces of a winding part of the coupling part are made into close contact with ribs of the inertia body and the fixture. CONSTITUTION:Vibration from a rotary compressor 1 is damped by a dynamic vibration absorber 14 which is composed of an inertia body 15, a coupling part 16 formed of a low pitch coil spring having an initial tension, and which applies a reaction torque to the vibration. In this arrangement, the coupling part 16 has hooks 16b, 16c which exist in a plane substantially perpendicular to the center axis 16a of the winding part, and is fixed in such a way that the end faces 16d, 16e of the winding part of the coupling part 16 are made into close contact with ribs 15a, 17a of the inertia member and the fixture 17. With this arrangement, the fixing can be surely made, and thereby it is possible to stabilize the natural vibration of the dynamic vibration absorber 14.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of the effect of vibration damping and breakage of a dynamic vibration absorber by providing a dynamic vibration absorber composed of a coupling part formed of a low pitch coil spring, an inertia body and a fixture. CONSTITUTION:vibration from a rotary compressor 1 is damped by a dynamic vibration absorber 14 which is composed of an inertia body 15, a coupling part 16 is formed of a low pitch coil spring and a fixture 17 and which applies a reaction torque. Since the coupling part 16 is formed of the low pitch coil spring, the natural vibration characteristic of the dynamic vibration damper 14 is nonlinear. Accordingly, a damping effect can be obtained so that the range of vibration damping effect becomes larger. Thus, it is possible to prevent lowering of the vibration damping effect which is caused by variations in the rotational frequency of the rotary compressor 1 and uneven quality of the dynamic vibration damper 14. Further, it is possible to reduce stress caused by deformation of the end part of the coupling part 16 fixed to a fixture, due to vibration and shocks, thereby it is possible to prevent breakage of the dynamic vibration damper 14.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration of a rotary compressor efficiently and stably by fixing an inertia member to a connection part so that it can rotate freely around a shaft in parallel with a rotary shaft of a rotary compressor, and eliminating the restriction of bending deformation of the connection part to be caused by the influence of the inertia force of the inertia member. CONSTITUTION:When the refrigerant is compressed in a cylinder 7, since the fluctuation of angular velocity is generated in the rotation of a crank shaft 5, the vibration in the rotating direction around a rotary shaft 14 is generated to vibrate a closed case 2 in the rotating direction. At this stage, an inertia member 16 of a dynamic vibration absorber 15 fixed in the closed case 2 is vibrated in phase with the vibration of the closed case 2 to bend a connection part 18 for deformation with that inertia. The reaction working in the direction reverse to the vibrating direction of the inertia member 16 is therefore generated at a fixation part 2a of the closed case 2 to damp the vibration. Furthermore, since the inertia member 16 of the dynamic vibration absorber 15 is fixed so that it can rotate freely around a center shaft 16d in parallel with the rotary shaft 14, the inertia force works in the direction for rotating the inertia member 16, and does not work in the direction for restricting bending deformation of the connection part 18.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To damp the vibrating force, and damp the vibration of a rotary compressor sufficiently by preventing the restriction of bending deformation of a connection part to be caused by the influence of the inertia force working on an inertia member, and making the reaction to be generated by bending deformation to work in reverse phase against the vibrating force. CONSTITUTION:When the refrigerant is compressed in a cylinder 7, the pressure in a compression space inside of the cylinder 7 is fluctuated large to generate the vibration in the rotating direction around of a crank shaft 5, and a rotary compressor 1 is vibrated large. At this stage, an inertia member 15 of a dynamic vibration reducer 14 receives the inertia force, but that inertia force works in the direction for bending a connection part 16 larger than the rotating direction around of a fixation part of the inertia member 15 and the connection part 16, and works nearly in a phase with the vibration of the rotary compressor 1. Bending deformation is therefore generated in the connection part 16, and the reaction force working in the direction reverse to the vibrating direction of the rotary compressor 1 is generated in a lower bearing 8 in which a fixer 17 is fixed. Consequently, the vibrating force is damped by that reaction to damp the vibration of the rotary compressor 1.

CONSTITUTION:When circulation of an air flow in a refrigerating chamber 4 is stopped, a blade 14 mounted as the partition of a suction duct is flapped to the freezing chamber suction duct 9 side to close the freezing chamber suction duct 9. This constitution increases the air duct area of a freezing chamber suction duct 8, and prevents or relieves air duct resistance of the duct 8, resulting in stable reduction of the generation of noise.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To sufficiently attenuate each vibration component by setting an installation position of a dynamic vibration absorber at a position not on a rotating body where difference in phases of respective vibration components in a radial direction and a rotating direction in a compressor is + or -90 deg. or less. CONSTITUTION:When coolant is compressed in a cylinder 7, a pressure in a compression chamber fluctuates as well as a fluctuation in an angle speed occurs in a rotation of a crank shaft 5, so that a sealed case 2 is vibrated. In this case an inertial body 21 and a tightening fixing part of a dynamic vibration absorber 20 placed in the sealed case 2 vibrate in reverse phases to a vibration and a reverse vibration of the sealed case 2 and reacting torque is applied to the sealed case 2 via a coupling 22 and a fixing jig 23 so that the vibration of the sealed case 2 is attenuated. Since a fixing position of the fixing jig 23 is specified to a position where a vibration in a rotation direction being main vibration is in the same phase as a vibration in a radial direction being sub vibration, the vibration in the radial direction can be attenuated as well as the vibration in the rotation direction.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep vibration damping effect stably for a long period of time by connecting an inertia body for vibration damping to a fixture through a coiled connector with C-shaped connecting parts, and fixing the fixture to the closed case or non-rotating part of a rotary compressor. CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor 1 is so constructed that an electric motor 3, compression element 4, piston 6, cylinder 7, etc., are housed in a closed case 2. In this case, a dynamic vibration reducer 14 for damping the vibration of the rotary compressor 1 is so constructed that an inertia body 15 and a fixture 17 are connected to each other through a coiled connector 16 with multiple tightening fixing parts 18 and 19. Also, the tightening fixing parts 18 and 19 made in C-shape member tighten the outer periphery of the connector 16 to fix the connector 16 to respective core bars 17a of the inertia body 15 and the fixture 17. The fixture 17 is fixed to a non-rotating part among the closed case 2 or electric compressor element 3 or 4. By this, the lowering of vibration damping effect can be prevented and fatigue, etc., due to vibration can also be prevented.
