Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the wearing of a seal member and the sliding sound of the same by a constitution wherein a roller, provided on the bottom surface of a seal unit, is abutted against the inner peripheral surface of a circular recess while the seal unit is not abutted directly against the inner peripheral surface of the circular recess at positions except the seal unit, in which the inflow of cold air is controlled. CONSTITUTION:So-called click-stop is achieved when a roller 42, provided on a rotor 31, is fitted into one of recesses 40. On the contrary, the roller 42 of the rotor 31 will never be fitted into the recesses 40 at positions except the click-stop positions of the rotor 31. At this moment, the roller 42 is abutted against the inner peripheral surface 41 of a circular recess and retains the rotor 31 against a coil spring 39. Accordingly, there is a gap (g) between a seal member 36 and the inner peripheral surface 41 of the circular recesses at this moment and the seal member 36 will never slide on the inner peripheral surface 41 of the circular recesses whereby noise will never be generated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ice making device which is capable of stopping an ice making pan at an original point without locking a gear and which is high in durability and simple in structure. SOLUTION: A missing gear section 115a and a recessed surface section 115b are provided on a cam gear 115 so that they may adjoin each other. A normal gear range 114d and a plurality of low gears 114b are provided on a drive gear 114 which drives the cam gear 115. When an ice making pan is placed at an original position, the normal gear range 114d and the missing gear section face each other so as to prevent the rotary force of the drive gear 114 from being transmitted to the cam gear 115. At the same time, the tips of a plurality of low gears 114b are placed into sliding contact with the recessed surface section 115b so that an ice making pan 2 may be held at a horizontal position.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a constant temperature damper thermostat having a structure easily assembled by providing a hole in a holder damper having a guide inclined surface through which a protrusion of a cam arm penetrates. CONSTITUTION: In order to insert a protrusion 10a of a cam arm 10 of a machine part A into a hole 22 in a holder damper the protrusion 10a is first brought into abutment with a guide 23 and is further pushed in, and hereby the protrusion 10a is guided by a guide part 23 and is inserted into the hole 22. Hereby, assembling of the machine part A and the holder damper is completed. Thus, easy assembling is ensured, the number of works is reduced, and hence an inexpensive damper thermostat is provided. Further, since the protrusion 10a of the cam arm 10 is protected with a protection part, the possibility of position displacement from happening upon mounting is completely eliminated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selector valve for a water-supply path having a structure, in which water does not remain in the inside after water is supplied, in relation to the valve for supplying water to a plurality of water-making trays for an automatic icemaker of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A cylindrical water inlet 1b and discharge ports 1c, 1d are provided on a side face 1a of a main body 1. A channel 2a is formed peripherally in the valve 2, so the valve can be removed slidably rotating on the side face 1a of the body 1. When the channel 2a is positioned between the port 1b and the port 1c (as shown), water coming from the port 1b is discharged through the channel 2a from the port 1d. When the channel 2a is positioned between the port 1b and the port 1d (hot shown), water is discharged from the port 1d. The sectional area D of the water-flow path surrounded by the channel 2a and the side face 1a is constituted to be equal to the sectional area d of the ports 1c, 1d. The velocity of the flowing water hardly changes, and a stable discharge is carried out scarcely having turbulence in the flow, and waterdrops hardly adhere on the flow path.
