Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce suction heating of refrigerant gas and to damp pulsation occurring owing to spitting. CONSTITUTION:By mounting a heat insulating cap 25, such as polybutylene terephthalate, having low thermal conductivity, in such a way that a gap serving as a heat insulating layer 30 is provided between the inner wall of a suction chamber 7 and the cap, heating of refrigerant gas guided to the suction chamber 7 is reduced. Further, a spitting hole 28 is formed in a surface positioned facing the suction hole of the heat insulating cap 25, whereby spittied refrigerant gas is guided to the heat insulating layer 30 to damp pulsation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the pulse in a resonance chamber, and reduce the vibration and the noise of an evaporator by dividing a communicating pipe, which is provided in a suction muffler and of which one end is communicated with a suction chamber, into two in the resonance chamber, and fitting one of the divided communicating pipe to the other communicating pipe of the suction hole side so as to have a clearance. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a suction muffler 19 to be fitted to a cylinder head 6, which is formed with a suction chamber 7 and a discharge chamber 8 of a closed type electric compressor, and having a communicating pipe 20 is divided into an expansion chamber 22 and a resonance chamber 23 by a baffle 21. The communicating pipe 20 is divided into two in the resonance chamber 23, and one communicating pipe 20b is inserted to the other communicating pipe 20a of the suction hole side so as to have a clearance as a back- blow port 24. The back-blown refrigerant gas thereby passes through the clearance 24 of the communicating pipe to be led into the resonance chamber 23, and the resonance chamber 23 works as an expansion type muffler to reduce the pulse.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To maintain satisfactory reliability and a life span without damaging the vibrationproofing function of a compressor using a substitute refrigerant and an ester synthetic oil by connecting a discharge pipe to a compression element with a spring. CONSTITUTION:A hole 9 is provided in an area where it is not related to the compression action of a compression element 3 and a discharge pipe 5 is drawn toward the hole 9 with a spring. The discharge pipe 5 resonates due to the vibration generated by the operation of the compression element 3 but the resonance mode of the discharge pipe 5 can be changed, an abnormal resonance can be eliminated and generation of noise and vibration can be prevented by means of connecting the discharge pipe 5 to the hole 9, provided on the compression element, with the spring 8. Because a spring is not effected in any way by extraction or swelling of refrigerating machine oil, deterioration of performance of a compressor, due to generation of slag (an extract of carbide) caused by extraction, does not take place and lowering of vibrationproofing efficiency, due to swelling, does not occur.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of vibration and noise of a compressor by a method wherein two communicating holes are caused to differ in at least one of a hole diameter, a sectional shape, and length from each other and two delivery mufflers are caused to differ in a volume from each other. CONSTITUTION:Delivery mufflers 8a and 8b are mounted to a cylinder block 4 and are caused to differ in a shape from each other. Communicating holes 9a and 9b mounted to a cylinder block 4 and differing in a hole diameter, a sectional shape, and length communicate a delivery chamber 7 with the delivery mufflers 8a and 86. Delivered refrigerant gas 2 is discharged as compressed gas in the communicating holes 9a and 9b having different hole diameters, different sectional shapes, and different lengths and the delivery mufflers 8a and 8b having different volumes. In this case, specified frequency pulsation of compressed refrigerant gas can be sharply reduced. This constitution reduces the generation of vibration and noise of a compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the temperature of a suction pipe from being increased to increase volume efficiency of a compressor by forming the suction pipe, communicating to the low pressure chamber of a compression element, of a material with small heat conductivity, and applying a cupper plating to the refrigerating system side top end of the suction pipe. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 and a rotor-side housing 3 are fixed in a closed container 1, and a crankshaft 5, at the one end of which a rotor 4 is fixed, is provided in the stator 2 in the same axis as a cylinder 6. Also, a roller 7 is mounted rotatably at the eccentric portion of the crankshaft 5, and a compression element 11 is composed of the roller, housings 3 and 8 choking both end surfaces of the cylinder 6, and a vane 10 separating a compression chamber 9 coming in contact with the outer periphery of the roller 7. In this case, a suction pipe 16 is formed of a material with small heat conductivity such as stainless steel, etc., and the one end of it is pressed into the communicating hole 13 of the housing 8 at a position opposite to the rotor. The refrigerating system side top end 16a of the closed container 1 is plated with cupper.
