Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the stress added to a communicating pipe and improve working property by providing a steel band having a spring part for pressing the communicating pipe into contact with a cylinder head through an oil capillary. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder head 4 having an inserting hole 4a provided on a compression element 3, an inlet muffler 10 having a communicating pipe 11 inserted to the inserting hole 4a, an oil capillary 13 having one end opened into a lubricating oil 12 reservoir and the other end opened into the communicat ing pipe 11, and a steel band 14 having a spring part 14a for pressing the com municating pipe 11 into contact with the cylinder head through the oil capillary 13 are provided. After the communicating pipe 11 is inserted to the inserting hole 4a of the cylinder head 4, the oil capillary 13 is installed and pressed into contact with the cylinder head 4 by the steel band 14. Hence, when the communicating pipe 11 is formed of a material having low heat conductivity such as synthetic resin, the stress at the time of installation can be reduced, and working property can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the heating of refrigerant gas in a suction chamber, and thereby enhance volume efficiency by mounting an adiabatic sleeve which is made of polybutyleneterephthalate small in heat conductivity and has a brim brought into contact with a valve plate, onto a suction port. CONSTITUTION:A device is so constituted that low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas returned from a refrigerating cycle, passes through an intake pipe, an intake muffler 19, a suction chamber 7 and an intake port 12, opens an intake lead 14 so as to be led to a cylinder 10 where it is raised in temperature and pressure while being compressed, so that it is led to the refrigerating cycle through a discharge line and a discharge pipe. In the structure of a compressor as mentioned above, the brim 26 of an adiabatic sleeve 25 made of polybutyleneterephthalate is brought into contact with a valve plate 11 so as to be fitted on the intake port 12, so that intake refrigerant gas can be led to a cylinder 10 without being directly brought into contact with the valve plate 11 which has been raised up to high temperature. By this constitution, intake refrigerant gas can be reduced in heating.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive a low noise with high volumetric efficiency by providing constitution of a hole, connecting a recessed part formed in a cylinder head to a suction chamber, and a communication pipe, passing through the hole from a suction muffler for closing an upper surface opening of the recessed part and extending to the suction chamber, and forming closed space by the recessed part, communication pipe and the muffler. CONSTITUTION:A communication pipe 20 of a suction muffler 19 passes through a hole 26, by which a recessed part 25 communicates with a suction chamber 7, to extend to the suction chamber 7. At this time, an upper surface of the recessed part 25 of a cylinder head 6 is closed by the suction muffler 19 to form closed space. Since the closed space is provided between the communication pipe 20 and the recessed part 25, heat from the cylinder head 6, heated to a high temperature, is prevented from being easily transmitted to the communication pipe 20. Consequently, heating of suction refrigerant gas, flowing in the communication pipe 20, can be reduced to enable increase of specific volume to reduce of refrigerant gas flowing in a cylinder 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the coolant staying in a suction chamber and prevent the heating of coolant gas by inserting the communication pipe of a suction muffler formed by the material having a low thermal conductivity into an insertion hole on a cylinder head and forming an opened port opposed to the suction hole. CONSTITUTION:As for a compression element 3 accommodated in a sealed container 1, a cylinder 6 is installed on a cylinder head 4 through a valve plate 5 by a screw N. In this case, an insertion pipe 7 is inserted into a suction muffler 9 made of synthetic resin, and a communication pipe 10 which is integrally molded with the lower part 9b of a suction muffler 9 is allowed to penetrate through the insertion hole 4a of the cylinder head 4, and a part of the pipe 10 is positioned in a suction chamber 4b. The communication pipe 10 is formed into cylindrical form, and the undersurface is formed into an arcuate form so as to contact the undersurface of the suction chamber 4b, and an opened port 10b is formed upwardly from the lower edge at the position faced to the suction hole 5a of the valve plate 5. Accordingly, the thermal influence supplied from the cylinder head 4 is suppressed, and the heating of the coolant gas is prevented, and the volume efficiency is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve assembly work performance and increase volume efficiency by inserting the communication pipe of a suction muffler shaped by the material having the low thermal conductivity in an insertion hole of a cylinder head and installing a cap having the low thermal conductivity on the periphery of a suction hole and the penetration chamber of the cylinder head. CONSTITUTION:As for a compression element 3 accommodated in a sealed container 1, a cylinder head 4 is installed on one edge side of a cylinder 6 through a valve plate 5 by a screw N. In this case, an insertion pipe 7 is inserted into a suction muffler 9 made of synthetic resin, and a communication pipe 10 which is integrally molded with the lower part 9b of the suction muffler 9 is inserted into the insertion hole 4a of the cylinder head 4. A cap 11 is arranged in a penetration chamber 4b, and the communication pipe 10 of the suction muffler 9 penetrates through the insertion hole 4a of the cylinder head 4 and the hole 11c of the cap 11, and a part of the pipe 10 is positioned in the cap 11. Accordingly, the sucked gas is introduced into the suction hole without being warmed by the cylinder head 4 made of metal, and the volume efficiency is improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lines of magnetic force from leaking at a lower cost, by structuring a balance weight with a ferromagnetic material, placing a non- magnetic end plate between the balance weight and a permanent magnet, and preventing a caulk pin from directly coming into contact with the permanent magnet. SOLUTION: A balance weight 10 is constituted with a ferromagnetic SPCC steel plate, a non-magnetic end plate 11 is placed between the balance weight 10 and a permanent magnet 8. The balance weight 10 is fixed on a rotor 7 so that a steel caulk pin 9 does not directly come into contact with the permanent magnet 8. Magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 8 can be prevented from leaking, by placing the non-magnetic end plate 11 between the permanent magnet 8 and the ferromagnetic balance weight 10. The magnetic flux which travels from the permanent magnet 8 through the ferromagnetic material caulk pin 9 and leaks is decreased, because the caulk pin 9 does not directly come into contact with the permanent magnet 8 and magnetic resistance between them is increased. The cost of material can be reduced b replacing materials of the balance weight 10 to the SPCC steel plate.

CONSTITUTION:As for a cylinder 6 which constitutes a compression element 3 in an insertion hole 4 formed on the upper surface side of the cylinder head 4 of a hermetic type motor-driven compressor, a valve plate 5 and the cylinder head 4 are installed by a screw N, and an insertion pipe 7 is inserted. In this case, a suction muffler 9 made of synthetic resin (e.g. polybutylen terephthalate) is constituted of the upper and lower chambers 9a and 9b, and the insertion pipe 7 is inserted into the upper chamber 9a, and a communication pipe 10 is shaped integrally with the lower part 9b of the suction muffler 9. An installation leg 10a which is shaped integrally with a communication pipe 10 is fixed onto the cylinder head 4. A cap 11 is arranged in a suction chamber 4b, and the communication pipe 10 of the suction muffler 9 is inserted into a cut part 11c formed on the upper surface of the cap 11.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce heating of refrigerant gas, guided to a suction chamber, so as to improve volumetric efficiency by mounting a heating insulating cap of PBT or the like with small heat conductivity so as to provide a heat insulating layer in a space from an internal wall of the suction chamber. CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant gas of low pressure and low temperature, returned from a refrigerant cycle (not shown in the drawing), is guided to a cylinder 10 through a suction muffler 18. Here a heat insulating cap 20, consisting of PBT or the like with small heat conductivity, is mounted so as to provide a heat insulating layer 21 between itself and an internal wall of a suction chamber 7. Heating of the suction refrigerant gas, inflowing into the suction chamber 7 from a cylinder head 6 heated to a high temperature, is reduced by the heat insulating cap 20 and refrigerant gas with which the heat insulating layer 21 is filled.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the temperature of a suction pipe from being increased to increase volume efficiency of a compressor by forming the suction pipe, communicating to the low pressure chamber of a compression element, of a material with small heat conductivity, and applying the coating of an elastic and organic material to the communicating portion of the suction pipe. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2 and a rotor-side housing 3 are fixed in a closed container 1, and a crankshaft 5, at the one end of which a rotor 4 is fixed, is provided in the stator 2 in the same axis as a cylinder 6. Also, a roller 7 is mounted rotatably at the eccentric portion of the crankshaft 5, and a compression element 11 is composed of the roller, housings 3 and 8 choking both end surfaces of the cylinder 6, and a vane 10 separating a compression chamber 9 by coming in contact with the outer periphery of the roller 7. In this case, a suction pipe 16 is formed of material with small heat conductivity such as stainless steel, etc., and the one end of it is pressed into the communicating hole 13 of the housing 8 at a position opposite to the rotor. The pressed-in portion of the suction pipe 16 is coated with an elastic and organic material 16a such as Teflon, etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attenuate pulsation caused by spitting and suppress suction heating of coolant gas. CONSTITUTION:A communication pipe 20' is tapered so that it is larger at the side of an expansion chamber 22 than at the side of a suction chamber 7 in inner diameter. A spitting pipe 25 is tapered so that it is smaller at the side of a resonance chamber 23 than at the side of the suction chamber in inner diameter. The spitted coolant gas is thus introduced to the resonance chamber to attenuate its pulsation. A thermal insulative cover 26 is provided on a suction muffler in such a manner that a thermal insulative layer 27 is provided, so that heating of the coolant gas to be introduced to the intake chamber 7 is suppressed.
