Abstract: PURPOSE:To optimize sliding material in a compressor using refrigerant HFC-134a so as to heighten durability by forming a connecting rod of an aluminium alloy casting, and casting a metal foam body, made of a nickel chrome alloy with specific porosity, in a bearing part for a piston. CONSTITUTION:In a compressor using refrigerant 1, 1, 1, 2-tetrafluoroethane (HFC-134a), not including chlorine in a molecule, as compressed gas for a problem such as the destruction of an ozone layer, the other end of a connecting rod 5 with one end thereof rotatably supported to the shaft 2 of a motor is supported by a piston pin 8 as a bearing, and a piston 7 fixed to the piston pin 8 is fittingly mounted into a cylinder 6. In this case, the connecting rod 5 is formed of a aluminium alloy casting, and a metal foam body made of a nickel chrome alloy of 80-98% in porosity is cast in a bearing part for the piston pin 8. The hardness of a connecting rod bearing part is thereby improved, and the quantity of friction in the contact parts of the connecting rod 5 and piston pin 8 is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a compressor by strengthening a vane tip portion by means of a complex hardening film consisting of a ceramic coating layer and a nitrification treatment layer underneath it, bringing this into slide contact with the outer periphery of a roller formed of high alloy steel or the like, and preventing the wear of both. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 1 compresses the gas in a cylinder 4 by rotating a roller 6 fitted to the eccentric portion of a shaft 2 to be subjected to motor rotation while the roller 6 is coming into contact with the inner periphery of a cylinder 4 and the tip of a vane 7. In this case, the roller 6 is formed of alloy steel whose surface hardness shows the value of HV800-2000 and which contains vanadium, chrome, molybdenum and tungsten, or carbon steel or the like on whose surface a nickel phosphorus compound plating layer containing carbonized silicon corpuscles is formed. Meanwhile, the vane 7 is made of a sintered material of an iron system or alloy steel containing chrome, and nitrification treatment is administered at the tip portion, and a chemical compound layer of iron, chrome and nitrogen is formed, and then formation is carried out by administering the ceramic coating of nitrified chrome on the tip portion surface alone.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a compressor in optimizing a sliding material for the compressor using a specific coolant by forming the base material of a piston pin with hardened steel, and simultaneously applying nickel composite platings, having a specific composition, onto the surface. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 2 pressed in a rotor 3 is rotated by a motor consisting of this rotor 3 and a stator 4, a piston 7 reciprocates in the inner part of a cylinder 6 via a connecting rod 5 consisting of an aluminum alloy and a piston pin 10. In consequence, compressed gas consisting of coolants 1 and bitetrafluoroethane is condensed in the inner part of a space 9 to be formed by the piston 7 and the cylinder 6. In a compressor like this, a base material 10a of the piston pin 10 is made up of hardened steel. In succession, a nickel composite plating layer 10b made up of mixing fine grains 10c of poly tetrafluoroehtylene 10 to 35 volume% in a matrix alloy made of nickel as the main ingredient are installed on a surface of the base material 10a.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To inexpensively form a self-lubricating composite film on the sliding part surface of the shaft, bearing, etc., of machinery, to prevent adhesion when the sliding face to be supplied with a lubricating oil is lacking in the oil and to maintain self lubricity even of a plating film having about 10mum thickness which need not be finished by micronizing the composite grain to be supplied with the lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:A plating film 7, in which fine high-oil-absorption resin grains 8 previously impregnated with a lubricating oil are dispersed, is formed on the surface of a material 1 to be plated. When the sliding face 6 is worn, the grain in the film 7 is exposed on the sliding face 6, the oil in the grain is supplied to the sliding face 6, and the adhesion of the sliding face is prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of oil and restrain deposition of organic acid salt or the like so as to enhance durability of a compressor by using predetermined tetrafluoroethane as refrigerant, and applying a corrosion preventing treatment on the inner wall of a closed shell containing a machine unit and a motor unit therein. CONSTITUTION:1-1-1-2-tetrafluoroethane is used as incompressible gas for a compressor 1 except for chlorofluorocarbon which is likely to cause depletion of an ozone layer. Ester oil is used as lubricating oil 17. Since the ester oil is liable to generate organic acid due to hydrolysis and pyrolysis, the inner wall of a closed shell 14 made of a steel plate is coated with a manganese phosphate film 16a. It is therefore possible to prevent deterioration of the oil by the effect of catalysis on the surface of metal and corrosion of the closed shell 16 by the organic acid developed due to decomposition of the oil. A corrosion preventing treatment may be applied with an iron oxide film in place of the manganese phosphate film.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve wear and abrasion resistance of a mechanical part material and improve durability of an apparatus for carrying liquid coolant by forming at least one of a roller, a vane and a bearing bush of titanium ceramic mainly containing titanium boride. CONSTITUTION:As components of a mechanical part, a shaft 5, a roller 6 attached to the shaft 5, a cylinder 7 for housing the roller 6, a vane 13 to be housed in a groove of the cylinder 7, a main bearing 8 and a sub-bearing 9 provided to hold the cylinder 7 for supporting the shaft 5 and bearing bushes 14, 15 in sliding contact with the shaft 5 attached to the inner diameter parts of the above bearings are provided. At least one part among the roller 6, the vane 13 and the bearing bushes 14, 15 is formed of titanium ceramics mainly containing titanium boride. As a result, wearing of a contact part where a linear contact is made and bearing is high between the vane 13 and the roller 6 and a contact part between the shaft 5 which is at a high speed and the bearing bushes 14, 15 can be reduced to improve durability of an apparatus for carrying liquid coolant.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent flaws or burning by condensation at contact parts of a vane with a roller and the vane with cylinder by forming a layer of iron boride on the surface of the vane of a compressor using 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane for cooling medium. CONSTITUTION:A roller 3 installed at an eccentric part of a shaft 2 driven by a motor rotates in contact with the inner circumference of a cylinder 4 and the forward end of a vane 6, so the vane 6 reciprocates inside the groove of the cylinder 4 for compressing gas in the cylinder 4. The vane 6 consists of base material of chromium molybdenum steel, which is processed by boronizing by a fixing method at 800-900 deg.C for forming a layer of iron boride at a thickness of 50mum, and the surface is polished form 15mum for improving sized precision. If 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane is used for cooling medium without including chlorine for subject gas to be compressed, therefore, slide condition of mutual contact parts of the vane 6, the roller 3 and the cylinder 4 is improved, and flaws and burning by condensation at the contact parts can be prevented, thereby durability is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent metal-to-metal contact between a shaft and both a main bearing and an auxiliary bearing at the time of high loading by providing a shaft in an eccentric pipe form wherein a super conductor is embedded. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a shaft 6 allows a roller 2 to turn on its axis while being revolving so that gas in a cylinder 3 is compressed. In this case, a pin 9 made of super conductors which is embedded in the side opposite to the eccentric direction of the eccentric section of the shaft 6 is subjected to the repulsive force from a main bearing 7 and an auxiliary bearing 8 which are magnetized by Meissner effect so that compression load is reduced by that amount. The aforesaid repulsive force is increased as the shaft 6 comes close to the main bearing 7 and the auxiliary bearing 8, the loading capacity of the bearing is thereby remarkably increased.
