    Abstract: An electrically-operated sealed compressor includes a cylinder, a cylinder head mounted on the cylinder and having a suction chamber and first and second discharge chambers, a piston accommodated in the cylinder, and a valve mechanism. The valve mechanism includes a suction muffler and a valve plate having at least one suction port, first and second discharge ports, and first and second pass holes. The first discharge port and the first pass hole communicate with the first discharge chamber, while the second discharge port and the second pass hole communicate with the second discharge chamber. The valve mechanism also includes first and second discharge valves mounted on the valve plate and accommodated in the first and second discharge chambers, respectively, a suction reed having a reed valve for selectively opening and closing the suction port, a discharge gasket for sealing the valve plate and the cylinder head, and a discharge muffler. The first and second discharge chambers are separated from each other by the discharge gasket to form respective independent spaces, while the first and second pass holes communicate with the discharge muffler.

Thus, the width of a cord clamping portion 24 can be constituted in a required minimum so as to be compact. Further, assembly and maintenance characteristics can be improved by making an insertion into a bracket for fixed engagement.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure performance of a lubrication pump even with a rotary shaft of a comparatively small diameter by attaching the lubrication pump in a cylindrical bore formed on a lower end of the rotary shaft and forming an oblique passage and a spiral passage so as to be communicated with the cylindrical bore. SOLUTION: In a closed type electrically driven compressor 1, a compressor unit composed of an electrically driven motor 3, a compression mechanism 4, and a block 5 for integrating them is housed in a closed casing 2. In such a compressor 1, a large end of a connecting rod 10 is connected to an eccentric shaft 9 on an upper end of a rotary shaft 7 pivoted to a bearing 8 of the block 5. A piston 13 is connected to a small end by means of a piston pin 11. An oil supply pump 17 is press-fitted and connected to a cylindrical bore 18 of a small-diameter formed on a lower end of the rotary shaft 7. An oblique passage 19 extended obliquely upward from the upper end of the cylindrical bore 18 is formed on the rotary shaft 7. A spiral groove 20 is formed so as to be communicated with the upper end of the oblique passage 19. An upper end of the spiral groove 20 is communicated with an eccentric passage 23 in the eccentric shaft 9.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assemblage of the large end part and the small end part of a connecting rod, and reduce a rotational load due to the shaft torsion of a large end hole and a small end hole, in a reciprocating piston compressor used for a domestic refrigerator and so on. SOLUTION: The cylindrical locking part 22c of the rod part 22b of a small end part 22 is inserted in a cylindrical hole part 25b formed transverse to the large end hole 25a of a large end part 25, and also a locking pin 26 is inserted in a fixed hole 25c, thereby a connecting rod 21 is assembled while having a few degrees of torsional freedom around the shaft of the rod part 22b. Therefore, the workability and assemblage of the connecting rod 21 can be, of course, improved, and the shaft torsion of the large end hole 25a and the small end hole 22a are absorbed, so that the reduction of a rotational load and a lowering of efficiency can be prevented.
