Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity carry-out device of a vending machine capable of dispensing with wiring in a commodity rack and a commodity conveyer to reduce the manufacturing cost and improved reliability. SOLUTION: A sold-out flag 6 mounted on the commodity conveyer 3 is displaced according to whether the commodity is out or not. After the commodity conveyer 3 returns to the standby position, the sold-out of the commodity is detected by a sold-out detecting sensor 7, whereby wiring is not required in the commodity rack 1 and the commodity conveyer 3 to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve reliability.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure performance of a lubrication pump even with a rotary shaft of a comparatively small diameter by attaching the lubrication pump in a cylindrical bore formed on a lower end of the rotary shaft and forming an oblique passage and a spiral passage so as to be communicated with the cylindrical bore. SOLUTION: In a closed type electrically driven compressor 1, a compressor unit composed of an electrically driven motor 3, a compression mechanism 4, and a block 5 for integrating them is housed in a closed casing 2. In such a compressor 1, a large end of a connecting rod 10 is connected to an eccentric shaft 9 on an upper end of a rotary shaft 7 pivoted to a bearing 8 of the block 5. A piston 13 is connected to a small end by means of a piston pin 11. An oil supply pump 17 is press-fitted and connected to a cylindrical bore 18 of a small-diameter formed on a lower end of the rotary shaft 7. An oblique passage 19 extended obliquely upward from the upper end of the cylindrical bore 18 is formed on the rotary shaft 7. A spiral groove 20 is formed so as to be communicated with the upper end of the oblique passage 19. An upper end of the spiral groove 20 is communicated with an eccentric passage 23 in the eccentric shaft 9.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the delay of cooling when a compressor is in overload, by providing a valve which can be opened and closed freely, in the position in which to bypass the high pressure side and the low pressure side of a freezing cycle, and opening the valve for a short time if lock occurs when a compressor is in overload at start so as to balance the pressure, and then, restarting the compressor again. SOLUTION: When an ON signal is inputted into a compressor control means, this controller starts compressor 1, and unless a lock means 9 detects lock, this continues the operation of the compressor 1, and if it detects the lock, this stops the compressor 1. A valve 6, which can be opened and closed freely, is provided in the position in which to bypass the high pressure side and the low pressure side of a freezing cycle, and it is opened for a short time if lock occurs at start of the compressor so as to balance the pressure, and then the compressor 1 is started again. Hereby, even if the compressor is in overload condition and lock occurs, the delay of cooling can be prevented by restarting compressor after balancing the pressure between the discharge side and the suction side of the compressor quickly.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent excess cooling of a cooler and enhance operability with higher efficiency. SOLUTION: Based on a temperature difference between a freezer compartment temperature detected with a rotational speed arithmetic operation means 25 and a freezer compartment setting temperature predetermined with a freezer compartment temperature setting means 23 where the rotational speed of a fan 14 which feeds air to a cooler 13 is arranged to be variable, the rotational speed of a compressor 17 and the rotational speed of the fan 14 are determined. A rotational speed correction means 36 determines the temperature of the cooler 13 capable of operating a compressor 17 with higher efficiency as a rotational speed correction temperature per freezer compartment temperature where the temperature of the cooler 13 is compared with the rotational speed correction temperature. The predetermined rotational speed of the compressor 17 and the rotational speed of the fan 14 are corrected by comparison, thereby controlling the cooler 13 so that the rotational speed correction temperature is maintained.

Thus the article stored in the stock can be simply and compactly carried without requiring complicated operation.
