Abstract: PURPOSE: To attain the macro description suited for the generation of a program by defining the relation with a virtual parameter with the introduction of a virtual parameter description sentence and, at the same time, to attain an interactive check of a real parameter after obtaining the real parameter out of a picture plane.
CONSTITUTION: A program pattern 1 written in the macro description is read by a reading part 2. A virtual parameter description sentence read discrimination part 3 detects selectively a virtual parameter description sentence and sends an acceptance instruction to a real parameter screen transmission/reception part 6. Then the part 3 transmits a screen to a display part 5 for acceptance, and a user selects a real parameter among those corresponding to virtual parameters. The input parameter is received by a transmission/reception part 6 and sent to a real parameter check part 7. The part 7 checks whether or not the received parameter is corresponding to a desired real parameter. The parameter passed this check is held at a real parameter holding part 8. A macro development part 9 uses the real parameter held at the part 8 to give macro development to a program pattern held at a program pattern holding part 4 and sends a source program produced at a source program output part 10.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold cathode electron gun for microwave tube having an electron beam orbit of small ripple ratio and a small size. SOLUTION: A Wehnelt electrode 2, a first anode electrode 3, and a second anode electrode 4 are arranged in order from a field emission cathode array (FEA) type cold cathode 1 side between the FEA type cold cathode 1 and an RF circuit part 5 of a microwave tube. Each of the electrodes 2, 3, 4 is a circular electrode, and coaxially arranged as the FEA type cold cathode 1. First anode potential Ea1, second anode potential Ea2, and the potential Eb of the RF circuit part 5 satisfy the relation of Ea1>Eb>Ea2>=0 V.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold negative electrode electron gun which form 5 an electron beam with a small ripple as well as a high current density by converging electrons emitted from its cold negative electrode. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a negative electrode substrate 5 in with at least one of its surfaces is electrically conductive; and an emitter 10 which is formed on the substrate 5 and sharpened in its tip; and an insulation layer 6 laminated on the substrate 5 except the emitter 10 and its vicinity; and a ringed gate electrode 7 laminated in the insulation layer 6 with an opening surrounding the emitter 10; and an inner electrode 8 laminated on the insulation layer 6 and formed at the inside of the gate of electrode 7; and an outer electrode 9 laminated on the insulation layer 6 and formed at the outside of the gate electrode 7. On the condition that each applied voltage to the gate electrode 7, the inner electrode 8 and the outer electrode 9 are respectively termed EG, EI, and Eo in the basis of the electric potential of the emitter 10 EG>=EI, and besides EG>=EO are obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To effectively prepare a text, for which a change miss and an error are reduced, by preparing routine form information and a model text in advance. CONSTITUTION:A routine form analyzing means 102 analyzes the accumulated 101 routine form information and displays the information in a routine form display means 103 and a text input means 104 accumulates the text, which is inputted by a user, in an input text accumulating means 105 based on the displayed routine form information. On the other hand, a model text analyzing means 107 analyzes the accumlated 106 model text. Based on the analyzed result of the model text, a text synthesizing means 109 quoates the text from the accumulating means 105 to a part requiring the text in the model text by an input text quoating means 108 and allocates the text. After the text is synthesized, the text is accoumlated 110. Thus, since the routine form informa tion and model text are prepared in advance, only a variable part can be defined as the input text.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate deterioration of beam permeability characteristics and eliminate eccentricity to a Wehnelt of a cathode caused by vibration, etc., by assembling the Wehnelt, formed of ceramic to which surface metallization treatment is applied for forming a metal coating, with the cathode of an impregnation type. CONSTITUTION:A Wehnelt 2 consists of ceramic such as alumina, for example, and metallization treatment is applied to its surface for forming a metal coating, and the Wehnelt 2 is assembled with a cathode 1 of an impregnation type by brazing. A distance G for each part of the Wehnelt at which the optimum beam flux can be obtained and a terminal part of the cathode is decided. The cathode 1 is connected to a cathode supporting part 3 and a heat seal 4 by welding or brazing, and it is further connected to an enclosure plate 5 by welding or brazing. Because there is no radial gap between the cathode 1 and the Wehnelt 2, emission of electrons from a side surface of the cathode is eliminated, deterioration of beam permeability characteristics will not occur, nor the cathode will become eccentric to the Wehnelt by vibration or impact.

CONSTITUTION:The source program merging and output part 18 of a preprocessor 10 merges an unchanged source program 13 with a source program 17 which has a discrimination flag added to the head of a changed line and outputs an output source program 19 having the discrimination flag. The identification flag decision part 22 of the compiler 20 classifies the unconverted source program and source program after conversion. A line number that the compiler processes is regarded as an input source program number, and then a user need not consider the exchange processing of the preprocessor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To heighten the voltage at which generation of a creeping discharge is initiated by forming a metal film of specific width from the contact face of an insulating component with a low voltage side electrode to high voltage side, on the circumference of the outer surface of the insulating component sandwiched between opposite electrodes, and causing the metal film, the low voltage side electrode and a shielding component to have the same potential. CONSTITUTION:On the circumference of the outer surface of an insulating component 2 metallization is carried out over the whole range of more than 1mm in width lfrom the junction face of the insulating component 2 with a low voltage side cathode- Wehnelt electrode 5 to high voltage side, and then a metallized film formed is e.g. nickeled so that a metal film 11 is formed. A tubular shielding component 8 made of metal is soldered or welded to a position between the insulating component 2 provided on the cathode-Wehnelt electrode 5 and a Wehnelt supporting body 10. Therefore, the shielding component 8, the cathode-Wehnelt electrode 5 and the metal film 11 formed on the outer surface of the insulating component 2 have the same potential and distribution 9 of equipotential lines between anode electrode 4 and cathode-Wehnelt electrode 5 is shown in Figure. Thus the voltage at which generation of a creeping discharge is initiated is heightened.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat radiation from a helix by increasing the width of a wedge-shaped cross section at the portion extended from the helix output end of a helix supporting dielectric bar. CONSTITUTION:A helix supporting dielectric bar 2 has high heat conductivity and is made of a ceramic material with a relatively small dielectric constant and has a wedge-shaped cross section. The extended portion 4 from the output end of the helix 1 of the dielectric bar 2 is made remarkably larger in width than other portions. The contact area of the dielectric bar 2 with an envelope 3 can be increased at the extended portion 4 to the collector side, thus the heat generated by the helix 1 can be released in a large quantity to the outside through this portion. This extended portion 4 is in no contact with the helix 1, thereby the high-frequency effect on a helix circuit is small.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the productivity with an own-coding job by providing an own-coding part identifying area into a program pattern and discriminating said identifying area for display of the own-coding specifications. CONSTITUTION:An own-coding part identifying area 22 is provided into a program pattern 1 and includes an own-coding start signal 23, the own-coding specifications 25 and an own-coding end signal 24. An own-coding part identifying part deciding means 12 discriminates the area 22 out of a customized source, i.e., a customized program source. Then an own-coding specification display means 13 displays the discriminated own-coding specifications of the area 22. In such a way, the own-coding part included in the source 6 is specified to a user. Thus it is possible to improve the productivity of an own-coding job and to prevent the mistakes.
