    Abstract: L'invention a pour objet une composition prête à l'emploi pour la teinture d'oxydation des fibres kératiniques, et en particulier des fibres kératiniques humaines telles que les cheveux comprenant, dans un milieu approprié pour la teinture, au moins une première base d'oxydation choisie parmi les dérivés de paraphénylènediamine, les bases doubles, les orthoaminophénols et les bases hétérocycliques, au moins une seconde base d'oxydation choisie parmi les paraaminophénols, au moins un méta-aminophénol à titre de coupleur, et au moins une enzyme de type oxydo-réductase à 2 électrons en présence d'au moins un donneur pour ladite enzyme, ainsi que le procédé de teinture mettant en oeuvre cette composition.

    Abstract: Cosmetic and/or dermatological composition for treating keratinic fibres comprises a carrier, at least one 2-electron oxidoreductase enzyme, at least one substrate for the enzyme, and at least one amino-substituted silicone. Preferably the enzyme is an animal, microbial or recombinant uricase and is present in an amount of 0.01-20 (preferably 0.1-5) wt.%. The substrate is selected from uric acid and its salts and is present in an amount of 0.01-20 (preferably 0.1-5) wt.%. The amino-substituted silicone is: (a) a polysiloxane of formula HOSi(Me)2OxSi(OH)(X)OyH; X = (CH2)3NH(CH2)2NH2; x and y = such that the number-average molecular weight is 5000-500,000; (b) a cationic silicone of formula R'aG3-aSi(OSiG2)n(OSiGbR'2-b)mOSiG3-aR'a; G = H, phenyl, OH or 1-8C alkyl; a = 0-3, especially 0; b = 0 or 1, especially 1; n = 0-1999; m = 1-2000; n+m = 1-2000, especially 50-150; R' = CqH2qL, q = 2-8; L = N(R")CH2CH2N(R")2, N(R")2, N (R")3 A or N(R")CH2CH2N R" H2A ; R" = H, phenyl, benzyl or alkyl; A = halide; and (c) cationic silicones Used for bleaching human hair by applying the composition, optionally containing an auxiliary oxidising agent, and then rinsing; for dyeing human hair by applying a composition as above containing an oxidation dye precursor and optionally a coupler; for permanent waving of human hair by applying a reducing composition, putting the hair under tension, optionally rinsing the hair, applying a composition as above, and optionally rinsing the hair.

Preferably the enzyme is an animal, microbial or recombinant uricase and is present in an amount of 0.01-20 (preferably 0.1-5) wt.%. The substrate is selected from uric acid and its salts and is present in an amount of 0.01-20 (preferably 0.1-5) wt.%. The substantive polymer is selected from: quaternised cellulose ether derivatives; polyquaterniums; dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride homopolymers; copolymers of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and acrylic acid; polymers comprising repeat units of formula NMeä(CHä)àNMeä(CHä)åÂí (Clî)ä and having a molecular weight of 9500-9900; polymers comprising repeat units of formula NMeä(CHä)àNEtä(CHä)àÂí (Brî)ä and having a molecular weight of 1200; polymers comprising repeat units of formula NMeä(CHä)NHCODNH(CHä)NMeä(CHä)äO(CHä)äÂí (Clî)ä, where p = 1-6, D = a bond or (CHä)CO, r = 4-7; and vinylpyrrolidone copolymers containing dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, methacrylamidopropyl trimethyl ammonium or methyl vinyl imidazolium units.
