Abstract: A two-wheeled vehicle (2), comprising a frame assembly (50) including a front frame portion (52) including a head portion (62), a plurality of generally vertically-extending frame tubes (56), and a plurality of generally longitudinally-extending frame tubes (58), a mid-frame portion (53) removably coupled to the front frame portion, and a rear frame portion (54) removably coupled to the mid-frame portion; a front ground-engaging member for supporting the frame assembly; a rear ground-engaging member for supporting the frame assembly; and a rear suspension assembly (380) operably coupled to the rear ground-engaging member, the rear suspension assembly including a first swing arm (382) coupled to the mid-frame portion, a second swing arm (382) coupled to the mid-frame portion, and a pivot axle (430) extending between the first and second swing arms, wherein rotation of the pivot axle is configured to adjust the position of the mid-frame portion relative to the first and second swing arms; characterized in that the mid-frame portion is cast and configured to move inwardly and outwardly in response to the rotation of the pivot axle.

Abstract: A two-wheeled vehicle, such as a touring motorcycle, is disclosed. The touring motorcycle may include multiple fuel storage tanks arranged in a split side-by-side configuration. The touring motorcycle may include a rear suspension having a linkage which moves in a direction not parallel with a centerline plane of the motorcycle. The touring motorcycle may include a tip-over structure (602, 604) which prevents unwanted tip-over of the motorcycle. The touring motorcycle may also include an adjustable foot control assembly and a windshield assembly (148).
