Abstract: A two-wheeled vehicle includes a modular frame having a front frame portion, a mid-frame portion, and a rear frame portion. The mid-frame portion is coupled to the rear frame portion and the front frame portion. The front frame portion includes a head portion, two generally vertically-extending front arm members, two generally longitudinally-extending frame rails, and a plurality of plate members coupled to the longitudinally-extending frame rails and extending downwardly therefrom; wherein an upper end of the plate members is permanently coupled to the longitudinally-extending frame rails and a lower end of the plate members is coupled to the head portion. At least two ground-engaging members are mounted to the frame assembly. A fuel tank is removably coupled to the front frame and extends rearward of the head portion and forward of the mid frame, the fuel tank supported at and above the longitudinally extending frame rails.
