    Abstract: A method of wireless communication includes determining, based on a plurality of network measurements performed by a user equipment (UE), one or more measurement log files associated with the plurality of network measurements. The method further includes receiving, by the UE from a network device, a request associated with the one or more measurement log files. The request indicates at least one measurement filter. The method further includes transmitting, by the UE to the network device, a response to the request. The response includes first measurement results of the one or more measurement log files selected based on the at least one measurement filter and excludes second measurement results of the one or more measurement log files based on the at least one measurement filter.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for measuring, filtering, and reporting cross-link interference (CLI) in cases where not all aggressor user equipments (UEs) are transmitting signals that can be measured by a victim UE. A UE may obtain a set of CLI measurements by performing CLI measurements during a set of CLI measurement occasions. The UE may determine a first subset of the set of CLI measurements that satisfy a CLI measurement threshold and a second subset of the set of CLI measurements that do not satisfy the CLI measurement threshold. The UE may apply a filter to the first subset of the set of CLI measurements, and suppress the filter for the second subset of the set of CLI measurements, to obtain a filtered CLI measurement value. The UE may transmit the filtered CLI measurement value to a base station.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for sending, from an upper layer at a transmitting device to a lower layer at the transmitting device, an indication by which the lower layer determines that a packet is to be transmitted as either an initial transmission or as a retransmission. The lower layer at the transmitting device may then determine a transmission process for transmitting the packet based on the indication, and the transmitting device may transmit the packet in accordance with the transmission process. Because the lower layer may identify whether the packet is to be transmitted as either the initial transmission or the retransmission, the lower layer may adapt the transmission process to improve the chances that the packet is received by a receiving device or to limit overhead.

    Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for a network entity. The network entity receives an analytics request from a consumer, the analytics request indicating at least one analytic and determines one or more network data analytics functions (NWDAFs) for the analytics request based on the at least one analytic indicated in the analytics request. A consumer sends an analytics request to a network entity including one or more analytics identifiers.     Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a master node (MN) may receive information indicating one or more candidate target secondary nodes (SNs) for a multi radio access technology dual connectivity (MR-DC) handover of a user equipment (UE), wherein the information indicates that the one or more candidate target SNs are associated with direct forwarding paths with a source radio access network (RAN) node of the UE; select a target SN from the one or more candidate target SNs based at least in part on the received information; and perform the MR-DC handover of the UE, wherein the selected target SN is different than the source RAN node of the UE, and wherein a configuration of the MR-DC handover is based at least in part on a direct forwarding path between the selected target SN and the source RAN node.

    Abstract: Methods (1500, 1600, 1700, 1800, 1900), systems (1000, 1400) and devices (705, 805, 1005, 1105, 1205, 1405) for wireless communications are presented. A method (1500, 1600) may include the following operations. A UE determines to perform a handover from a first source device in a first network to a first target device in the first network and from a second source device in a second network to a second target device in the second network (1505, 1605). The UE identifies a time interval for performing a first random access procedure with the first target device in the first network (1510, 1610). The UE initiates a first random access procedure with the first target device (1515, 1615). The UE performs a second random access procedure successfully with the second target device in the second network during the time interval (1520, 1620). The UE transmits or receives from the target device in the second network before the UE finishes performing the first random access procedure with the first target device in the first network (1525, 1630).
