Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of accomplishing the increase of the capacitance of a battery and the light quantity of a stroboscope incorporated with the camera main body by an inexpensive means without damaging the portability by using an auxiliary unit incorporating an auxiliary battery and an auxiliary main capacitor. SOLUTION: As for the camera constituted so that the main capacitor 10 charged by the battery 5 and the stroboscope equipped with a discharge tube 13 for emitting light in accordance with the discharge of the main capacitor 10 may be incorporated with the camera main body 1, the camera is provided with the auxiliary unit 2 incorporating the auxiliary battery 26 and the auxiliary main capacitor 21 which is charged by the auxiliary battery 26, and freely attachably/detachably connected to the camera main body 1, and when the auxiliary unit 2 is connected to the camera main body 1, the capacitance of the auxiliary battery 26 is added to the capacitance of the battery 5, and charges of both the main capacitor 10 and the auxiliary main capacitor 21 are supplied to the discharge tube 13.

CONSTITUTION: A memory part 24 repeats an operation to store plural frame periods of the video signal sequentially. A frame selection part 28 is operated so as to select the specific frame period of the video signal. A control unit part 20, when the frame selection part 28 being operated while the memory part 24 is operated, stores the prescribed number of frame periods and the prescribed number of frame periods arriving afterwards before the frame period being stored at that time, and also, stops the storage of another frame period, and sets a state in which stored plural frame periods are read out.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a video printer, with which a desired video signal can be easily selected out of reproductive video signals from a VTR and further, the image of high picture quality can be printed, concerning the video signal enabling the communication of a control signal (including a detect signal) with the editable VTR. CONSTITUTION: When the memory manipulator of a manipulating means is manipulated at the time of the reproducing mode of a video reproducing device, a command signal is generated from a command signal generating means for controlling a tape running driving means with a control means on the side of the video reproducing device, running a magnetic tape backward for prescribed time and ordinarily running the tape forward later and when that command signal is supplied through a video printer side communication means and a video reproducing device side communication means to the video reproducing device side control means, the video reproducing means is changed into an editing mode. When a coincident signal from the video reproducing device side control means is supplied through the video reproducing device side communication means and the video printer side communication means to a video printer side control means, a frame video signal from a video reproducing means is stored in a video memory under the control of the video printer side control means.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent VITS or the like from being erroneous discriminated from additional information. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a clamp circuit 2 is fed to a low pass filter 6 and the signal from the low pass filter 6 is fed to 1st and 2nd comparator circuits 7a, 7b. Moreover, a 1st threshold level equivalent to, e.g., 45IRE from a DC voltage source 8a is fed to the comparator circuit 7a and the comparison output is fed to a latch circuit 9a. Moreover, a 2nd threshold level equivalent to, e.g. 145IRE from a DC voltage source 8b is fed to the comparator circuit 7b. Then comparison outputs of the 1st and 2nd comparator circuits 7a, 7b are fed to a NOR circuit 20 and a signal from the NOR circuit 20 is fed to a latch circuit 9b. The signal from the latch circuit 9b is fed to an AND circuit 18. Thus, when a signal whose level is an intermediate level is extracted, the write of a buffer memory 17 is inhibited to prevent erroneous discrimination of VITS or the like from additional information.

SOLUTION: An optical recording medium recorder is provided with a recording means and a font pattern storing means. The optical recording medium D has a recording layer consisting of a material, which absorbs light in the visible region and whose optical property to the light in the visible region is changed when the material is irradiated with a light beam in the visible region. By irradiating the optical recording medium D with a light beam, the recording means forms a pit, records data. The front pattern storing means stores front patterns. The recording means writes the arbitrary information in a visible size into the optical recording medium D based on a font pattern which is stored in the font pattern storing means.

In this case, the recorder is provided with a reflection system 2 such as a mirror and a prism, etc., installed so as to be turned around the optical axis of the optical system 1, an angle detector for detecting the turning angle of the reflection system 2 and an angle processor for processing the image electrical signal in accordance with the turning angle of the reflection system 2 detected by the angle detector, then, the image electrical signals are rearranged, then, the erect object image free from unnatural feeling is displayed on the display device 8, and also, stored by the storing device.

A printing part 33 prints the color image corresponding to the chrominance signals for print. A control unit part 24 supplies a control signal to the color difference signal level adjusting parts 22, 23, and increases one of the R-Y color difference signal and the B-Y color difference signal and decreases the other corresponding to a command signal.
