Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medical record to which an identification number and a photograph of a different patient are attached, from being prepared. SOLUTION: A patient operates a button 11 of an identification number issuing device 1 set near the reception counter of a hospital, for example, and receives a ticket 1A on which the identification number of that patient is printed, issued from a ticket issuing port 12 as a result. The patient receiving the ticket 1A moves to a photograph booth 2, operates an identification number input panel 63 and inputs the identification number printed on the ticket 1A and the picture of the upper half of the body is taken, for example. Then, with one set of the photograph and a barcode vertically correspondently located, outputted from the photograph booth 2, for example, a photograph/barcode sheet 2A printed with four sets is received by the patient. The patient receiving the photograph/barcode sheet 2A moves to the reception counter, for example, and presents the sheet to a clerk in the reception counter together with a health insurance certificate or the like. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To raise the quality of pictures by a method in which large numbers of heat-sensitive elements are aligned in one row in the axial direction of a platen at a given pitch for a heat-sensitive head, and the heat-sensitive head is provided in a freely movable manner in the axial direction of the platen and moved at 1/2 pitches for printing. CONSTITUTION:Large numbers of heat-sensitive elements 2 are aligned in one row in the axial direction of a platen at a given interval (g) and a given pitch P for a heat-sensitive head 1. The heat-sensitive head 1 is provided in a freely movable manner in the axial direction of the platen 18. By this, after printing is made at a position, the head 1 is moved by 1/2 pitches in the axial direction of the platen 18 and printing is further made, whereupon the lowering of print density can be prevented in the interval (g) and the quality of the pictures is also raised. Since the movement of the head is regulated for its back by a flat plate 60 when a cam follower 58 goes into the cam recession 56 and then comes out of the cam recession 56 as the platen 18 turns, printing is made by pressing the shaft 19 of the platen 18.
