Abstract: PURPOSE:To quickly complete inspection in an appropriate state even in the case of rejection by controlling an instrument to return to an inspected object waiting mode after carrying out a pretreatment step before electric power supply off for the inspected object when rejection is decided. CONSTITUTION:When an inspected object 1 is carried in, a worker connects an input switching unit 7, a power supply circuit 8, a signal source circuit 9 and a forced discharge circuit 10 respectively to the inspected object 1. When an up-key 2a of a controller 2 is pressed down, a CPU 4 in accordance with a first inspection program brings the input switching unit 7 and the like into a specified state and power is supplied by the power supply circuit 8 to be charged into a built-in capacitor. Then, specified measurement is carried out, a measurement result is displayed on a display 11 and inspection or adjustment is applied to a displayed signal waveform and voltage value. When the result is within specifications, the up-key 2a is pressed down to proceed to a second inspection. In the case where any problem is revealed in the inspection, a down- key is pressed down to return to a previous inspection step so as to repeat the inspection.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the degree of freedom in the design of an operating switch device by performing the operation such as on/off and the like of an operating switch on noncontact basis. CONSTITUTION:An operating switch device is provided with a light generating portion L3 generating infrared output and a light receiving portion T3 receiving/ detecting the infrared output generated from the light generating portion L3. The light generating portion L3 and the light receiving portion T3 are arranged inside protrusion portions 12c, 12d, provided on an operating panel, so that a space portion between the protrusion portions 12c, 12d provides an infrared path. When the infrared in the space portion is shut down and receiving/ detecting output becomes off, a control portion 20 detects the off so as to perform a switch operation. The degree of freedom in arranging the light generating portion and the light receiving portion is further expanded by forming an light pass using prism means.

CONSTITUTION:From a signal generation circuit 15 a signal displaying two white lines la and lb corresponding to plural sleeves 101-115 is generated on the tube surface of a cathode ray tube and supplied to the cathode ray tube 10. In this case on the tube surface 1, which is illustrated in the second figure, two white lines la and ' are displayed corresponding to the sleeves 101-115 by the specific space (d). Now white lines la and lb are set to extend in a vertical direction corresponding to the sleeves 101-105 and 111-115 and in a horizontal direction corresponding to sleeves 106-110 respectively. By a dispaly device 16, for example, whether or not there is a picture distortion is displayed based on the calculation result of the picture distortion in a process circuit 14. And also the adjustment of the picture distortion is automatically executed based on the calculation result of the picture distortion.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct convergence deviation by moving the display positions of 1st and 2nd adjustment patterns in a prescribed direction to minimize the difference of output signals provided, when these adjustment patterns are selectively alternately outputted. SOLUTION: For a 1st adjustment pattern P1 , its luminance level becomes a peak at a point (a), and its luminance lowers gradually from a point a1 to a point (b) and becomes a '0' level at the point (b). A 2nd adjustment pattern P2 has change characteristics in reverse to the 1st adjustment pattern P1 , its luminance level is gradually increased from the point (a) and its luminance reaches a peak at the point (b) and becomes a '0' level later. Then, the 1st and 2nd adjustment patterns P1 and P2 are alternately displayed, while being switched at prescribed timing, the luminance level between the points (a) and (b) is detected by a photodetection part. The respective adjustment patterns P1 and P2 are moved so that the luminance level difference between the respective adjustment patterns P1 and P2 can become a minimum value. Namely, by changing the luminance level, the convergence deviation can be corrected.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To allow a worker to easily grasp the work progress state by providing a measuring circuit of a measured object and a production control information processing means, and displaying the measured result of the measuring circuit and the production control information. CONSTITUTION:A controller 3 is provided with a success button 5a and a failure button 5b. When these buttons 5a, 5b are depressed, their output signals are outputted to the CPU 6 of a measuring instrument main body 2. Circuits of a measuring circuit 7, a timer 8, a memory 9, and the CPU 6 are stored in the main body 2. The measured output of a measured object is inputted to the circuit 7. Various electrical characteristics are measured based on the measured output. The measured result of the circuit 7 is outputted to a display unit 4 via the CPU 6. The CPU 6 detects the outputs of the buttons 5a, 5b and outputs them to the memory 9. The memory 9 counts up the values of a success counter and a failure counter each time the output signal is inputted and stores the calculated failure rate.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To correctly compare measured wave-forms with each other and improve the accuracy of wave-form judgment by independently setting respectively the intake timings of a plurality of measured wave-forms to be compared. CONSTITUTION:Comparators are connected to a plurality of measured wave-form input sections, and trigger level setting resistors are provided on them respectively so that trigger timings can be independently set. If a jitter is detected between A, B when a plurality of measured wave-forms are taken and displayed at the same timing, the trigger level of the comparator is adjusted with the resistor. The trigger level La is adjusted, and the time ta is selected as the trigger timing for the measured wave-form Sa, for example. An adjustment is made for the measured wave-form Sb to obtain the same trigger level La as for A, and the time tb is selected as the trigger timing. Respective wave-form data are taken into a data memory during the same period Te. Wave-forms can be correctly compared with each other, and the accuracy of quality judgment can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a circuit board from being damaged even when the circuit board is not stopped in an accurate position by a method wherein a conveyor which conveys the circuit board is lowered down to a position in which the board comes into contact with a contact pin as a board retention mechanism is lowered. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board 1 is conveyed by means of a conveyor 2; it is advanced to the lower part of a board retention plate 3. The retention plate 3 presses the surface of the board 1 via retention robs 3b, 3b; it presses the surface of the conveyor 2 via conveyor pressure rods 3c. The conveyor 2 is lowered to a direction which is brought close to a terminal plate 4 for inspection against the energizing force of coil springs in telescopic legs 2a. In addition, the board 1 is lowered by following it. When the retention plate 3 is lowered further, individual contact pins 4c bring their tip parts into contact with prescribed parts on respective conductor patterns on the board 1, and they are set to a continuity state to the conductor patterns. A measurement means 10 inspects the operating state and the like of an electronic circuit via a cable 11 and the individual contact pins 4c.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the precision of measurement and adjustment of color convergence by using a crosstalk coefficient to calculate the luminance level distribution of each color fluorescence based on the light intensity level distribution of each color component. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state image pickup device 3 picks up the image of a display face of a color cathode-ray tube 1 through a filer 2 consisting of red, green, and blue filters to measure the light intensity distribution on all of the display face. A signal processor 6 performs prescribed signal processing based on respective chrominance signals and data read out from respective chrominance signal memories 5R, 5G, and 5B. That is, crosstalk coefficients indicating the light intensity levels in which red, green, and blue color fluorescence forming a white measuring pattern in the color cathode-ray tube 1 are measured as the other color components through the color filter 2 are preliminarily measured, and crosstalk coefficients are used to calculate the luminance level distributions based on light intensity level distributions of respective color components, which are measured through the filter 2, of the measuring pattern displayed on the color cathode-ray tube 1.
